This practice is amazing! I have “ dental phobia” due to a terrible teen experience. Dr. O and Shannon did an outstanding job on my procedure. I felt calm, reassured, and no pain. Shannon did an excellent job making me feel comfortable and secure. Dr. I explained things step by step-I never felt out of control at all. I highly recommend this practice. The care is top notch, the office is clean, updated and pleasant. They take the time needed and I never felt rushed. Thank you for taking excellent care of me!

Absolutely fantastic experience. My wife had a major infection and needed to be seen. We had recently moved to the area and hadn't found a dentist yet. The entire staff was fantastic! I went today for a cleaning myself. Dr. Buffington is great. Rachel cleaned my teeth and did a great job and Shannon was there with my wife and again assisted me today. The level of caring for 2 strangers who walked in 4 days ago is heartwarming.

Since moving from Washington State, I’ve had to go through a couple of dental offices before finding Dental Care Center at Kennestone.
Andrea and the front office staff are wonderful and welcoming. And I certainly can’t say enough about my hygienist. Kelli is the best and really makes you feel comfortable. She has a very caring personality and I always enjoy seeing her for my checkups.
Both doctors are amazingly talented. You will not be disappointed if you are searching for a new dental office.

My first visit today at this office was excellent from the front to the back. I don't have everyone's name but Kelli and Justin both were very kind and compassionate. Like many people, I am not a big fan of going to the dentist but when everyone in the office is kind and patient it puts you at ease. Dr. Buffington was easy to talk and very thorough. Great experience!

Shannon is out of this world as far as dental assistants go. The office was cold, she gave me a blanket. She asked me if I wanted sunglasses in case the chair light was too bright. She kept me smiling and laughing the whole time. Best dentist's office I've ever been to!! 10/10!!!

I have not been to the dentist in quite some time. Have a few issues and they were addressed very quickly. The staff are amazing. They make sure I do not miss any appointments. They communicate very efficiently and effectively. Dr O is awesome. Her manner is not like your typical doctor. She is very down to earth and easy to talk to. Everyone in the office is very pleasant to deal with. Will keep coming back and get my perfect smile 😃

A good dentist and dental practice is hard to find. Unfortunately I cannot recommend this place, mostly due to the office staff. I have never in my life paid so much for basic dental care. I keep getting bills and get no help when I call to inquire what they are still billing me for. Andrea is completely rude every time I call, which then gets me upset. She could use training in kindness and customer service. I have already switched dentists to a much more professional practice that I’m happy with. I would like to be done with this place but the office manager won’t even call me back. To top it off, I had tooth pain after my treatment that I had to get another dentist to fix. My hygienist was fabulous and the dentist is nice. Two stars for that. Worst dental office experience I’ve ever had to deal with. Go elsewhere.
