Very clean! All the staff was very nice. Called me back quick. I really did not have to wait long before they started getting me ready for X-rays, got that done and in no time the dentist came in. He was very nice and explained everything to me. Went to check out and I left there knowing how much it was going to cost. I feel they explained everything to me. No Hidden Cost! I can't wait to go back!

Everyone in the office is just so warm and inviting. They really do care about you as a patient and go above and beyond to make your visit the best it can be. Dr. Patel was really nice and made sure I was okay throughout my appointment and made sure I didn’t feel anything while getting a cavity filled. The dental hygienist seeing after me was super sweet and caring. I highly recommend this dental office if you are searching for a dentist.

Everyone at this practice - reception, hygienists, dentist, check-out - is friendly, courteous and efficient. As someone who works 8-5 M-F outside of my home, I truly appreciate being able to schedule appointments on Saturday or early morning (7AM). They make your visit as comfortable as possible. I rarely wait for service. The office is clean. My entire family uses Pure Smiles and I wholeheartedly recommend this practice to others!

Edit: I came to write a review here because I love this place so much and I don’t usually write reviews but low and behold I had already written one because they are that amazing! We had an extraction today that wasn’t felt at all and they’re always so helpful and accommodating with schedules. I drive 30 minutes just to get there because they are so professional and amazing.

This place is the best dentist I have ever been to. The office is very clean, the front desk staffs are very nice, friendly and accommodating. Dr Patel knows his crafts not like other money hungry dentist will tell you that a lot of things need fixing just to get more money from insurance. And the good part is that they are open on Saturdays and also have extended hours for few days out of the week. They acknowledge that people have to work in other to pay for their treatment. Thanks! You guys rock!
