From getting started with Edith helping me find out my insurance changed, to the Hygienist Angelina. Who was so knowledgeable and personable it made every hesitation I had coming in go away. It was my first time at pure smile.I usually don’t give reviews because the places always start off good but by the end of the visit I am pi**ed. When I first walked into the door I was greeted with a warm welcome of how can I help you.They respected my time which I do love quick and efficient.The woman at the front desk was so professional. Dr. Patel was open and honest and gave options he wasn’t a car sales man like a lot of these dentists are, no pressure. Their schedule is very flexible they will work hard to accommodate your schedule. I picked this place solely on the reviews and I am happy I did. I love this dentist. I was nervous and slightly embarrassed about this visit considering this was my first visit in years, and honestly expecting copious plaque. All of those feelings were quickly assuaged. They send updates and reminders via text and they are easy to get in touch with. I did have just a little trouble finding the office, for anyone looking there is a tooth in the window. I arrived and didn't even wait 10 minutes to be called into the exam room. Susan introduced herself and she began. I was informed every step of the way and she answered all my questions. The billing was transparent and everything was explained and communicated before proceeding. I was shown all the pictures of my teeth and the cleaning was gentle and thorough. I was even offered numbing cream, shades, and got to hold the suction tool to avoid embarrassing drooling. I am so happy with the cleaning I've been showing everyone all day. I left with more information, a picture of my teeth, and a parting gift. They scheduled my follow up without issue. I am elated about how my smile looks today thanks to these guys. I highly recommend them, incredulous you'd find better go ahead and make your appointment!

Amazing. Had not been to the dentist in years. Went in to check on a couple of problem teeth. One had been causing issues for awhile, the other was more recent. They identified the issues, took X-rays, and informed me they could begin work on one of the crowns I needed, “Right now.” A brief financial summary was provided, outlining what insurance covers and patient responsibility. The temporary crown was done there and then. Very impressive. Pretty sure someone canceled their appointment and I had a unique opportunity. Even so, the staff is friendly and I felt comfortable asking some questions, which is usually never the case. For being a first time patient and receiving this level of care on the first day? I was a little shocked :)
