I visited this office for the first time today after looking for a new dentist. They came highly recommended by our orthodontist. The front office staff was very nice and accommodating. The hygienist (Angelina - they have four in this office) took her time cleaning my teeth which I appreciate because I didn’t feel rushed through. The doctor was nice as well and explained some issues I had from some previous fillings and gave me options. All in all, I was very happy with my experience here.

Pure Smiles Dentistry staff was very welcoming and accommodating. I was in pain when I called them and they saw me within an hour. I saw Dr. Kellams who explained what he was about to do and was gentle. I walked out in less pain!!! Thank you Pure Smiles !!! I will definitely return!

After our dentist retired, we had difficulty finding a dentist that I and my young son where comfortable with. The prior 3 yrs we’ve experienced some not so pleasant dental visits with other “family practices” that were impatient, dishonest about treatment needed, and unkind. I found Pure Smiles in January 2021, we had our first cleaning in March, and again recently for a sixth month cleaning. I explained to them my son’s previous anxiety with the dentist office and they have always been nothing shy of amazing with him. Pam is wonderful. She’s patient, gentle, kind, and explained to him the equipment and the cleaning process of his teeth.
From my dental experience, I had to have a root cancel and crown, there isn’t one person in this practice that I wouldn’t rank a 10. Every member of this team is nothing shy of awesome!!

I had an appointment here yesterday, and it was wonderful. The staff was sweet and casual, very easy to talk to and very understanding. This was my first time setting up a new doctor on my own, and everyone I talked to was very helpful and patient while I gathered the information I needed. Namely someone by the name of Madeline, who I believe answered the phone a few times and was extremely helpful, especially when I was confused. The appointment itself went amazing! Pam was sweet, explained everything very clearly, and made sure I was comfortable in every step of the process. I haven’t been keeping up with my oral health, and not once did I feel judged for it. They were only understanding and a bit concerned, but gave me really good advice to help with my specific situation. I’m absolutely bringing my business back, no question about it.
