I hate that my review sounds so much like an advertisement but it is the truth from multiple first-hand experiences. If you are apprehensive at all about getting the care you need see the wonderful people at Shining Smiles. They do a fantastic job at making you feel at ease. Great at communicating too!

The support staff, especially Ms. Kacie, is amazing— so sweet, kind, courteous; all the things that embody great customer service. Ms. Kacie also treated me like I was the only customer in the world. She was so genuinely sweet and made sure ALL my questions were answered. I also appreciate they were able to get me in fairly quickly- about a week after I called.
My deduction of my rating comes from the doctor. I started seeing her shortly after the pandemic began. I needed a lot of work, and had good experiences.
A month.
I came back in due to some pretty significant pain in some teeth that hadn’t been worked on yet. I’m not sure what happened or if I’m not the right kind of customer, but I was very disappointed with my experiences this last time.
Dr Mohip barely looked at me, barely spoke to me. I was in the chair for a lengthy amount of time (I believe an hour or more) before I was spoken to. She did not examine me, just said we’ll pick up where we left off. I had some crowns placed. They fit, but I can’t chew on them because it hurts. She also insisted I put something on the tv, and even had negative things to say about what I chose… something about it just still doesn’t sit right in my gut and it’s been a month.

My experience at this appointment was beyond pleasant. My concerns were addressed and as my very understanding hygienist Ellise performed a very thorough cleanin. I was also checked on by the office Manager Kasey. If your are just thinking about checking this office out, stop thinking and just do it. Oh my goodness. I finally found an office with all around great customer service, as well as a phenomenal Dentist. Dr. Mohip is so sweet and kind and very knowledgeable. She replaced a crown for me and I had no pain whatsoever. The turnaround time from temporary crown to Permanent crown was very quick. I love this office!! So glad my husband found Shining Smiles!! I highly recommend this dentist for all of your dental care needs.
