Very easy to make an appointment. Check-in went very smoothly. Dr. Frank clearly explained what she would be doing, listened to my questions and answered them fully. She talked me step-by-step through the procedure (repair of a crown which had been drilled through for a root canal). The interaction between Dr Frank and her Assistant was quite comforting. Checkout went easily. The facility is sparklingly clean. Overall, Braelinn Village Family Dentistry is all anyone could want in a general dentist.

I selected this dental practice based on my review of Dr. Cox. I was seen by Dr. Frank and her staff and I couldn’t have been more pleased. Exceptional concern for the patient and very willing to listen and offer great feedback and recommendations. Had a great assistant, Lisa, who was also very engaging.
They were able to get me in to see the hygienist, Lisa (also) and she was also exceptional and very concerned about patient care and building great rapport with me during my visit.
I would highly recommend this team of professionals!
