I have been trying to have a crown fitted on my tooth at this office and unfortunately it has been nothing but stressful. We are on the third attempt to have the crown fit properly. After getting fitted the first time and I went back two weeks later after the crown came in and it didn’t even come close to fitting on my tooth so I had to get another mold done and sent out. Another two weeks go by and the second time it seemed to have fit. However, having an x-ray done not too long ago it was discovered that there is a gap between the crown and my tooth. We are now on the third try after removing the 2nd crown and another mold being sent out earlier this month I had an appointment scheduled for Wednesday 5/15 @ 2:30PM (I have the email confirmation still saved).

I received another email the morning of Tuesday 5/14 stating that my appointment was today at 2:30PM. I wasn’t advised if my 3rd crown had even come in yet so I contacted the office to address the situation and I was told the dentist would be out of the office on Wednesday. I wasn’t sure if I could make an appointment on Tuesday so the staff member I spoke to told me my crown should be in by 1PM and they would call me to take the next step if I could possibly make an appointment today. At 1:45PM I did not receive an update so I contacted the office and spoke to someone else, I advised on my situation just to be told my new crown did not come in yet. So, my question is what if my appointment was in fact rescheduled to Tuesday 5/14 @ 2:30PM and I showed up at 2:30PM today and my crown had not come in?

I have been going to this office for almost two years and have had cleanings and cavities taken care of, for the most part the experiences have been pleasant apart from billing always seems to be issue. Maybe because I have two insurances? But in the last instance I had paid my portion up front for the crown and I then received a bill later that I owed A LOT more and it was unknown why insurances only covered a small portion (from other reviews I saw I don’t seem to be the only one who experienced this problem). Long story short I wanted to give it the benefit of the doubt that this crown issue was just a stubborn tooth. But this has caused a lot of stress and I just want this crown taken care of so I can move on.

Made a new patient appointment for a cleaning & xrays for a child. They said there were 6 cavities. Went to another dentist for a second opinion and she said there was only 1 cavity. Don’t use this dental office. They will try to take your money.

While on vacation i broke a tooth. Thanks to Dr. Patel and her lovely assistant came in and fix it. It was day 1 of my vacation but thanks to their efficiency and kindness i was out in an hour with a full smile. Cant recommend this office enough. You will be amazed at Dr Patels knowledge and skill. 5 stars is not enough.

I was told that my insurance provider had given Aspen dental a predetermined letter for a sleeping mouth guard by the nurse that did my cleaning. I told her I didn’t want it if it wasn’t covered. She assured me that she had checked and it was covered. Months later I got a bill for my portion that insurance didn’t cover. Then after I finished paying this off I received another bill saying I owed hundreds more & that insurance didn’t pay. So I have been making monthly payments & now they have have sent me to collections for $50🤬

Wish I can give them a 0 stars, but here is my review. They are the biggest liars in town when they do surgery to you. They will make you pay out of pocket in front. Telling you, your insurance (dental insurance) will cover the rest, but a month later they will send you bills for double of what you already paying. Went and asked in the office and they said “it is because your insurance didn’t want to cover anything and we don’t know why, you will have to contact them.” When I specifically asked before doing surgery, is this the final price? And they said yes. Now, they said well that was an estimate if insurance would have covered it. Being going to this place for 2 years for regular cleaning and they were always straight with payments, you pay for what you get and no more bills.

The corporate staff that makes the appointment is amazing. The pooler office is friendly, caring, and professional. They are getting five stars. The Savannah office is unprofessional, attitude, and lack empathy.

Avoid this place like the black plague. They are fresh out of school dentist who have no clue what they're doing. They created more problems than fixed them. All staff are totally incompetent and rude af. I'd rather my teeth rot than go back there. Don't waste your money, there are MUCH better dentists you can go to. They also gave me anesthetics they were not supposed to give me which they completely ignored while I told them that I have a liver disorder. If you value your money, teeth and life, go elsewhere.

I have read other comments that people had made about Aspen dental and I am quite surprised. I am not sure which location they went to, but the location in Pooler Georgia is outstanding I rarely wait more than 10 minutes for my appointment and all of the staff are very nice, professional and customer oriented. Unfortunately I had quite a bit of work that needed to be done and to my surprise they got it all done at my convenience I cannot say more about the outstanding customer service. Thank you Aspen Dental, in Pooler Georgia.

Everyone there was so friendly. And they all cared about what they were doing, I mean it wasn't just a job to them. They were all smiling and enjoying their work. They did just what I needed to have done, I went home a happy lady. Thanks Dr. Christy and all his staff. You did am awesome job.

I love this place! I at first thought they only do dentures (which i dont need.... at least not yet.), but they do everything. Everybody there is extreamly nice and professional. I love how they evaluate you and recommened what needs to be done, and provide you with pricing and then its up to you rather you would like to go with them or go to a competitor. They match prices as well. From my hygienist (I forgot her name) to my Dentist (Dr. Patel), they both made sure i was comfortable and ok with what they were doing. With me, I REALLY hate going to any type of dentist, so it was highly appreciated that they cared and was so pleasant throughout everything. I was laughing and pleased with how fast everthing was done. I HIGHLY recommend this place.
