Everyone with very friendly and the office was clean. The doctor was very impressive, she introduced herself, called me by name and shoot my hand. Throughout the procedure she told me what she was going to do in advance so I would know what to expect. I feel that they genuinely care about their patients and would recommend them to anyone

The most amazing dental experience I have ever had! My dentist was very gentle with the removals and wanted to make sure that I was in no pain. I am moving this summer and I am definitely going to drive to visit them for future cleanings and any work necessary. The staff is very friendly and welcomes everyone with open arms and a smile!

They were very professional and put me at ease from start to finish, especially since I'm generally never at ease at the dentist. As a medical facility open during the pandemic is difficult but they are great keeping you at ease that they're doing all they can to keep you safe.

Very polite and Curtis. Not an extremely long wait.

I am so ecstatic with Aspen Dental! I’ve been looking for a dentist that would do what I needed to have done but not charge me $50,000! My first visit yesterday was phenomenal to say the least! I go back today to have all of the work performed. The entire staff gave me piece of mind and I can clearly see the light at the end of the tunnel. God bless them! I highly recommend this practice to anyone. Thank you Aspen Dental!!!

Dr. Patel did an amazing job extracting the 5 teeth I had taken out. She was very caring and considerate throughout the whole process. I would recommend anyone to visit Dr. Patel. I cannot speak for the other dentists there as I did not have contact with them.
Also the front staff was very courteous and friendly as well. They were very honest and upfront about the pricing and what my insurance would cover and what I had to pay out of pocket.

The staff and Dr made me feel so comfortable!!!

Mother had an appointment at 1:30pm didn’t leave until 3:30pm just for one tooth extract. All the workers were just in and out of the room. My mom wasn’t even offered a receipt of the payment she made. Just wasn’t our cup of tea.

Terrible, absolutely terrible. I signed up to go to Aspen a month before my initial appointment. I got to the office early to give them the paperwork I had pre-filled out. They scanned my insurance card and I then sat in the lobby for 30 minutes waiting. I had to use the restroom so I did so quickly and was then called back to where I had to have full x-rays done. After the x-rays were done I was taken back to a chair where I waited more. The dentist finally came back and looked at my x-rays, she fixed one area of my crown that was hitting before the rest and then I was just left sitting in a chair with no instruction as to if I was good to go or if I was supposed to stay seated. I waited about 15 minutes and then finally got up and asked what I was supposed to do. I was sent to the consultation area, but let's pause there a moment while I mention how filthy the office was. The floors were so dirty I looked at them and thought, good God when was the last time they cleaned these? There was a random face mask for the gas sitting out on the window ledge and who knows how long that had been there. The bathroom I had used in the lobby was disgusting. Everything was so filthy that I called my parents who use Apsen Dental in Michigan and asked them if theirs was that disgusting (to which they replied no it was VERY clean). I was immediately turned off from the office because of the filthiness and already not wanting to schedule another appointment. When they left me in the chair with no direction, that increased my bad feeling about this office. I then went to the "consultation" area and at that time, they told me they do not accept my insurance. They had all my information a month prior (when I scheduled the appointment) and at least 30 minutes prior when they scanned my insurance card and then apparently did nothing with it. AFTER they took all the x-rays is when they told me my insurance was not accepted. Absolutely ridiculous. I cancelled any other appointments my family had scheduled and immediately called my insurance company. They stated that I had selected the dentist appropriately and that the office location was listed as accepting their insurance. I called back to Aspen and they even said they accepted my insurance to then put me on hold and come back and tell me, they are now under new management and just stopped accepting my insurance.

It was a truly awful experience, I would not recommend this dentist at all.

Dr.Patel was awesome! The front desk, the staff and the Dr. were considerate and professional. Aspen is a little pricy but worth it. I will continue going back to them.
