I give them a 3 star because the dentist was great..she was caring and very nice. My initial visit was not great..the 2 that did the x-rays were insulting as they looked at the results...said "OH MY GOD", and then said hadd nothing to do with me. When ii spoke with the person about payment arrangements, she was insulting...said."I am surprised you know how to lock your account". Yes, I may be a senior, but I'm not ignorant.
I really liked the dental hygienist. I wish I could remember her name. She was kind, and very nice.
I had a couple things done that were important to me, but will go elsewhere for the rest that has to be done.
Showing respect to your clients could go a long way. Good luck getting good employees!

The day before yesterday a bridge/ crown combination got loosend. I am on travel in Savannah area and only here for a couple of days. I called Rincon Aspen dental and got a same day appointment. All I can say is that the staff and dentist were professional, friendly and helpful. The dentist was able to fix the issue so I wouldn’t have any problems during my travel. The price was lower than I expected and experienced from past dentist visits.

Pretty professional,very nice and very simple . Convenient and I did not have to wait too long .It is very clean the bathroom is held up nicely , all the rooms I sat/waited/conversed in was very comfortable. It was an amazing experience. Would recommend!

I was amazed by the repair and the quality of work that this technician or Doctor put onto my denture. You can't even see where she repaired it. And im going back on Wednesday to discuss new dentures. Very satisfied. Thank you Aspen Dental. To be honest I never thought they offered the quality of service that I received. I'll recomend them to everyone.

The worst dental clinic in town. Had a very disappointing experience with them regarding the payment. Everything started with a letter from debt collectors regarding a debt of$34. I have no idea where is coming from because I'm paying in full for all services. Went to their office to figure out about the debt. After a while they came with an answer that the last time I was there 10 months ago I was billed for a extraction but they forgot to charge me for the exam. They never send me any bill during this 10 months instead the only bill I got is from debt collectors.
So for their fault I have to deal with collectors . After all of this they are bold enough to lie in my face saying that all personnel from office is new and they don't know about old issues. The fact is the person I was talking to , was exact the same person who I dealt 10 months ago.

The staff was super nice! I was extremely nervous and they were very understanding. Aspen also has a way of helping financially if you have to pay out of pocket. That was the best for me.

I haven't got my actual work done yet, but I really liked the overall atmosphere of the place. Though they did their jobs like professionals they made you feel almost like family - everyone was so kind and courteous. Also everything was nice and clean (I always notice the base-boards - it tells you how well they mop🤗). They were up front about pricing, which I believe was good. I look forward to our future business relationship.

I have never had such a wonderful experience with a dentist office! From the phone call to get an appointment (I was in horrible pain when I made the call) to everyone I communicated with inside the office! Everyone was so sweet! The examination process was very thorough! I have never experienced the kind of thoroughness at a dentist office in my life! I also was amazed with the price! It was very affordable! I paid almost double at my previous dentist from the town we moved from, for less than service I had at Aspen! Not to mention the service was much quicker, as Apen worked me in, in less than 24 hours after I called! They are top notch in my opinion!
