My family and I have been going here for over 5 years. I've never had an insurance issue. The hygienists and dentist are very pleasant. They do not overcharge you, and will try to save your teeth before charging astronomical fees.
After searching for a dentist, I am happy to find one that will clean your teeth, and then leave any other work up to your discretion.

I've been coming here for probably more than 10 years now. Dr. Yi and her staff was great 10 years ago, and as a long time customer, I've seen the place evolve and have an even better experience now than I did before.
I've never had insurance issues, and they do a great job of explaining that process. Staff here is very friendly, and the techs are very detailed every visit.

I was terrified to have my wisdom teeth pulled while being awake but it was seamless procedure. The dentist office is a very calm atmosphere and the staff was very warm and comforting. The dentist and her assistance were very pleasant and I experienced no pain. I highly recommend their office.

I have NEVER felt so COMFORTABLE and WELCOMED in a dentist office before. Hands down the best. This place was so clean! I felt like I would make it dirty just to sit. They are on top of their cleaning safety routine. Complete suit, face visors, masks, gloves. Everything is wiped before and after. I had no anxiety whatsoever touching things or taking my mask off. As if it couldn't get any BETTER, the doctor listened to every single complaint or concern. The nurses were extremely nice and friendly as well. No one hassled me or was trying to rush me. I'm just smitten. I look forward to my years to come at Complete Smile Dentistry. Because I definitely am coming back! Thank you!

This place I cannot recommend. They are not geared towards repeat customers. I got an additional bill after my routine visit, and my wife got a very large bill. While sitting in the waiting area for my wife to have her procedure completed. I have to over hear a very unhappy customer about her surprise bill. So be ready for surprises after treatment, and have plenty of extra money ready.
My service felt rushed, uncomfortable and incomplete. Not to mention the flashlight in my eyes the whole procedure. You can't get comfortable with a LED flashlight blasting your eyes from a foot away. This was just for a routine cleaning. Paid extra for fluoride treatment which only appears to include the 4 front teeth. What about the rest of my mouth?
My wife had to come back here for 2 more visits having additional work done. Each visit was less and less comfortable and more stressful for her. She really didn't want to come back here for her final procedure. It was already paid for and would be complicated to have another doctor finish.
So I'm sorry, but I cannot recommend this practice.

Made an appointment yesterday, got my teeth cleaned today. I've never had such a short wait, and it was one of the least unpleasant cleanings I've had. They are very effecient here. Was happy to get an appointment on such short notice, very friendly and a big change in how white my smile is.

Dr. Yi is great! She consistently delivers top notch service. I went there today and was scheduled for a root canal. However, once she got to work it turned out I didn't need one. She did have quite a bit of work. However, it was painless. I am a big baby when it comes to dentists but Dr. Yi always make it a great experience!

Awesome experience. Highly recommend. I just moved here from NY and I've been around the block a couple times when it comes to different dentists. Think I've been to all (from worst to the best). And I would say this is up there in my rankings. Loved everything from greetings, punctuality, clarity of procedures being done, office cleaniness and best of all friendliness. This will be my dentist in my new home of GA.
