I want to start this review by saying that I’ve had absolutely terrible experience with the dental office in the past and to top it off working in the dental industry hearing about people’s experience at the dental office had me avoid the dental office. Since I had put off going to the dental office for years, you can just imagine the amount of work I need which ranges from implants to fillings. Usually looking at the treatment plan overwhelms you. Not at this office. They take their time to go over X-rays and go over the most important ones and never pressure you. Shame on me for forgetting the dental hygienists name but she was so accommodating and quickly picked up on how much anxiety I had and she really comforted me. At that point I felt my feelings mattered and it felt so nice compared to my other dental visits at other offices. I also really appreciated how Dr. Desai took the time to tell me each step of the process she was doing which assured me so much and it made me not one bit doubt what she was doing. I have 100% faith in this office. Coming from someone who has done hours of research looking for a dental office I can finally say, I found dental office I love and trust. I have been struggling and stressing over the amount of dental work I need done but not anymore. I hope everyone considers my experience at this office because I can honestly say that this office is trust worthy and they really care about their patients. I’m really happy with this office and will recommend them to everyone and anyone. Thank you Dr. Desai and Staff for welcoming me!

What can I say? Dentist and staff were awesome! They cared about you and saving your pockets. They took the time to answer all my questions and went the extra mile to make me feel at ease. Highly recommend this place! I am always so nervous and scared to go to the dentist however this place gets you in fast, staff are very caring and sweet and not to mention patient with all the questions I had before I decided to book my appointment.
Dr. Desai is so sweet, explained everything, walking me through the whole process of what she was doing, distracting me to make it as pain free as possible, and she was quick! Just making me feel very cared for and as comfortable as I can be.
Not only is she wonderful her staff is amazing too. Devee took my xrays, explained to me all my pricing options and what each items were, answered all my questions without rushing me to make a decision, made sure I was as comfortable as I could be as well. Just amazing. Felt like friends/family.
Lastly, the office is clean and loved the fact there was a tv with netflix shows playing to get my mind off things.
Loved they are open later on wednesday and thursdays so i don't always have to miss work and they are open Sundays if needed.
Again, I highly recommend this place if you not only care for your teeth but also want that extra mile of excellent service!

I am extremely happy with my visit to Dr. Desai’s Office. Dr. Desai is taking the conservative approach to a possible new crown for me. She is not jumping into anything too soon. She showed me my xrays and explained her thinking. Everyone in the office is lovely, as is the office itself. I am new to the area and am so very happy I finally found my new dentist. 😁😁😁

Always friendly, professional and never had to wait once I arrived for my appointment. Been going to this office for six years, but due to changes in my insurance last year had to leave...but insurance changed back and had my cleaning appointment today. Could not be more happy with everyone at this office..highly recommended!!

I’ve been seeing Dr Ami Desai for many years. She is so sweet and she does great dental work. I would recommend her to all my friends and family. They even give you a warm towel for your face with essential oils that makes it a spa like experience

As someone who as always hated going to the dentist, I actually don’t mind coming to this dentist. Everyone is very friendly. The process of getting anesthesia shots is so painful and they made sure I was as comfortable as possible. They are very informative on what procedures they are about to perform and make sure all my questions are answered. I started coming to this location when I lived in norcross. I moved to snellville and I will still drive all the way to come here.
