I've been going here for almost 2 years. The staff is friendly. Dr. P is awesome. I've seen her for all my dental needs except one. She listens and remembers you as a person.

We brought my son into the office for a cleaning. The office is always clean and comfortable. We did not have to wait!!! Got an update on my son's teeth and how to continue to keep his teeth healthy.

I was a little Hesitant, going to this office but at the time I had an excruciating toothache, to my surprise the office staff was very friendly and professional, everyone made me feel like they cared, it’s a bit far from Covington but it is well worth the drive. Thank you all

My most recent cleaning was just this week. Ottia was gentle I dozed off while he was cleaning my teeth. The first time I went my teeth were very stained. Having no expectation of cosmetic whitening I was surprised to see how white my teeth were after my cleaning. Ottia had cleaned away the stains. Additionally, I had very sensitive gums the first time I went and requested a topical numbing agent before my cleaning. (It wasn't necessary for my most recent cleaning) It made all the difference in my comfort level. I had not had my teeth cleaned in years and so it took a while. Of course I recommend Complete Dental but specifically I highly recommend Ottia.

Dr. Churu is a very nice lady. However, the lab that she uses is less than desirable for dentures. This office might be alright for extraction and preventive work but for dentures and implants I would strongly urge you to look elsewhere. My dentures were made 4/11/16. I have been back 25 Times since then including today trying to get them right. The dentist that assisted me today was very rude and refused to do the work I asked her to do. Also, the two young "girls" that were on the front desk were on their phone the entire time I was there and could not answer one question that I asked them. I would not recommend or suggest this dental practice to anyone. At this stage and point, I am livid. I have gotten the opinion of three other dentists trying to fix theses dentures that I've had not even three years ( problems from day one) Each informed me that nothing can be done with them. One dentist even asked me if they were made for me. I COMPLAINED to Dr, Churu constantly and went back in excess of 30 times trying to fix the problem.. I left each time the way I had gone in dissatisfied. I finally stopped going to her because the money I was spending in gas and taking time off work was adding to the cost. Needless to say, my insurance company won't pay again for dentures for another 7 years. I'm having to come out of my pocket now to cover all of the expenses for new dentures. A plan was worked up by Dr. Churu's office for another $6-7 thousand dollars for her to correct the mistake she made in making these teeth that appear to be horse teeth. i am so disappointed in the work that was done by this office. Especially after seeing three different dentists from three different parts of town. I think this is absolutely ridiculous for a "professional" to provide such poor quality work. I Will NEVER refer anyone to this office again.

I told the woman in the office 3 times I need nitrous for my appointment. I waited 2 months for this appointment and when I show up, they have no record of it on my file. Since they only have one room with nitrous, I couldn’t get it and I left. Now I have to wait two more months for another appointment! This is beyond unprofessional and I haven’t even had an appointment yet!

Great team, great doctor. Office is clean and comfortable. Best part, they're open on Saturdays.

Everyone who has worked on me is gentle. Especially Kay! She is awesome. Had a mishap with payments a couple of years ago, that was an issue. But I still love this office.

Just got one of my wisdom teeth removed, the doctor and his assistants made the process pain free and surprisingly quick thank y’all for the help!

Always a great experience when I get my teeth cleaned at complete dental of Atlanta.
