The facility is always clean and the staff are super friendly. I had an extensive cleaning and the hygienist performing my procedure was beyond sweet and professional. She did an amazing job and was very gentle considering what she was required to do! This dental office has given me exceptional care beyond any other office I've EVER visited. Everyone on the staff team at ADC is wonderful. From the time you walk through the door and are greeted by the front desk, to the hygienist , or the dental assistant and meeting with Dr Hardy Gray. Everyone from the receptionist to Chastity, who totally helped me organize my treatment from an Endodontists referral, to the super sweet and impressively qualified Dental assistant were professional but personal. The only stain at their office is the employee who chastised me because I took a chapstick from the bowel not knowing they were not free. As she pointed at me in front of 3 employees stating that chapstick is not mine cuz they cost $1.50! 😒 It's very fortunate that everyone else in the office made up for her unprofessionalism or I probly wouldn't have returned...Thank you ladies and Dr Gray 😉
