Staff was awesome very patient with me. Explained everything that will happen when I have surgery. I just wish they told me when I could eat my favorite foods again.

Every appointment I have I'm never worried about my care. Everyone is caring, professional and efficient. I've enjoyed my cleanings with Selda and finishing my appointments with Kevin! I will always reccomend this office to my friends and family for their outstanding care for their patients ❤️

Dental care of Pearlridge was great. They provided great service. Jazzy greeted me and walked me to the back. She was so sweet. My hygienist Melissa was so awesome and always made sure I was okay. She talked me through the whole cleaning process and during X-rays. Dr. Andy Lee refilled a filling that came out and he made sure that I wasn’t in any pain. He numbed me and kept checking on me!!! I would highly recommended them!!!

I was completely satisfied with your service. The staff was very helpful and informative. The facility was very sanitary and bright. The person that did the cleaning was very thorough and didn't cause me any discomfort. The review of my dental condition was very informative. They explained how much work was needed for my dentures. I have never experienced dental cleaning like that before. It's the "NEW " dentistry I guess. I enjoyed it.
The only problem was that they didn't accept my dental insurance provider. Now I may have to find another dentist

The staff and Dr.s are amazing. I have dental anxiety but they made me feel welcomed and treatment was comfortable. I had dental procedures done here and felt really comfortable. The prices was affordable as well. I would recommend this dental office to family and friends.

I went in recently for a cleaning. The long haired, younger looking girl at the front desk was rude to me when I checked in. This dentist office does NOT respect HIPPA either. Someone from their office illegally used information from my patient file to find out where I worked, contacted them, and tried to get me in trouble. How unprofessional!!! Will be filing a complaint with their parent company.

Edit: No, i do not wish to speak to anyone from your clinic after the way I was treated.

I had a fantastic experience here.

Backstory: after a few years without a vacation, my wife and I set to leave California for our first trip to Hawaii. The night before the flight, I started experiencing extreme tooth pain. My dentist was already closed as it was a Saturday afternoon. After a quick Google search I learned that there was a dentist office 20 minutes up the road from the hotel we were planning on staying at. Even better, they're open Sundays right after my flight lands! The vacation I almost had to cancel was potentially saved.

Their online platform made it extremely easy to book, and the folks at the reception counter were helpful (both when I got lost in the parking lot on the way there, and when I had 101 questions about my insurance and how much this was going to cost me).

Dr. Wu was extremely professional and relatable and offered sage insight as to the different available treatment options. We opted for the least invasive and he made it very clear that he and his staff are happy to help if I need more attention during my stay. I would guess that either he and Maliah have worked together for years, or Dental Care at Pearlridge has an extremely efficient, well-designed, and well-practiced system. For a procedure that would take my regular dentist 1.5-2 hours, I was in and out of this office in 45 minutes. I felt like I was in the hands of a very competent and confident team.

To put the cherry on top, Chevymay was extremely helpful in understanding the payment options and -- after noticing my luggage as I had gone straight to the office from the airport -- offered some great recommendations for how to spend my time on the island.

Hit or miss, every single time. Waiting to meet with a clerk for payment took longer than getting the teeth cleaned. The front office greeter to the exit team, train your people. Not a great thing to go in as a customer with a happy demeanor and be met with people who obviously hate their job. Be thorough and Stern but make it as quick as possible, please. No need to be rude and dismissive.

Don't mind a brief wait but 30+ minutes is ridiculous for a 1-minute credit card payment. Mobile payments, website payments, something other than what I just experienced.

I liked my dental appointment for today, 4/24/21. I met a new doctor but I did not understand his last name. The Dental Hygienist, Kim I met for the first time. She did a really good job in cleaning my teeth. No cavities 🦷, yes. I recommend going to Dental Care of Pearlridge. Thank you 😊 staff.

I love love love the experience here. Dr. Lee and the staff is amazing! I have had a lot of insecurities and PTSD from many different dentists and clinics, to the point where I had let my teeth issues fall to the floor. In a few months, because of Dr. Lee and the staff, I can smile with full confidence. I am also no longer scared of going to see the dentist. Prices are extremely affordable. I have had to go in for adjustments on my partials and have never been charged for the adjustments.
