I was pleasantly surprised by the treatment I received at Dental Care of Pearlridge. I've always had a private dentist prior to this, and didn't quite know what to expect. Right from the start all went well. The staff seemed truly committed to my comfort and safety, and the dentists were as well. They are competent, caring and proficient. Surprising too for me was the cost of the services I received which included a complimentary cleaning and x-ray, a crown replacement and an extraction. Good folks, fair prices. My four star review is not a reflection an them as much as my feeling that no matter how good something is it can always be better.

It’s been awhile since I’ve been to the dentist. I was referred by a coworker to come here after telling her about my fear of the dentist. I started having some discomfort so I decided to go in. The staff was so warm and friendly, it made you forget how terrifying the dentist office can be! They were all very gentle even the X-rays weren’t that bad. Dr Lee was great and very professional. I actually plan on going back for my 6 month follow up that’s how good my experience was.

First off, AMAZING SERVICE!! As soon as you walk in you feel the good vibes. Kaui assisted us at the front desk, very professional and GREAT customer service! Malia was so good to us and we felt she really cared! Dr Lee, he was fast and efficient!

Absolutely 5 stars! I was seen today as a first time patient and I have extreme anxiety with dental work but this Dentist and staff were amazing. They made sure I was comfortable and ok throughout my appointment and the cleaning and work completed was great. They really care about their patients here and it shows.

First of all the to schedule as a new patient was so easy and quick. The appointment times are super convenient, there open till 9 pm! The staff are so friendly and work with your wants and need's. As a first timer, I am confident enough to say I'll definitely make this my main dental!

I'm in Hawaii visiting my daughter after almost a year and I broke a tooth eating a chocolate covered macadamia nut cluster. I tried to keep things simple by going to longs and getting wax to protect it. By late afternoon I was in pain and desperate. I called Dental Care of Pearlridge about 6 pm and they were able to take me at 7 pm. They were absolutely fabulous. Virtually everyone I had contact with was wonderful, kind and considerate. While it was not on the agenda for my vacation, I feel very fortunate to have found Dental Care of Pearlridge.

When no set my appointment I have this gentleman Jay and offered me the in house insurance he is very courteous ever then when I came on the day of my appointment there is the X-ray tech totally rude very rough but every get better when Kelly the hygienist just did her part clean my teeth did a awesome job the dentist then came and he was so nice no cavities just deep cleaning needed even one bad apple mess my visit it other team made it up

I would never recommend anyone to this dental office. My first visited was ok my second was a big disappointment on August 7, 2021 had my teeth’s yanked out they took impression and they said it would come in on the aug15,2021 it never came in I talk to the management and they never got back to me as promise so they decided to give me a flipper and took the impression when he got to the lab they said the impression was no good and they had to do it again they promised me it would be in on the 25th and it never happened they also called me today 27th to come in because my first order came in they gave me a 2 o’clock appointment I saw the doctor he did it or wax impression then he said that I shouldn’t of come in today because that’s not his work so he stop and I asked him why did you tell me to come in today I’m very upset I’ve canceled my trip three times are ready then they said that it was going to come in this Saturday which is the third and has been pushed back again to Tuesday this is unacceptable I paid my bill in full and I haven’t received anything yet your staff is unreliable and don’t seem to care about their patience

I️ really enjoyed my experience here. I️ experienced tooth pain and they scheduled me for the next morning. The staff is really nice and the dentist was personable and made me feel calm and comfortable. The process was quick and everyone seemed very knowledgeable and precise. No more tooth pain and the filling looks and feels great.

Great friendly staff and dentists. All they want is for you to feel very comfortable with them. They really listen to your concerns. I have very bad anxiety going to the dentist and I am scared. But this is the only dental place I would go, because how they make me feel. Wait times are so short. Your really in and out of there in no time! No time for my anxiety to set in. And best of all, all the rooms has a TV 👍🏼
