Dr. Kong has down was such a great guy to work with. Made you fill comfortable as if you were doing the procedure in your home. Also Billing, Kevin was such a kind & generous guy, he went above & beyond to made sure I came to get help & not to just pay a bill. Kevin manage to get my deposit down low so that I may get the procedure done.
Lastly front desk staff, X-ray staff were all 1st class employees. They treated me with the Aloha that I needed because they knew my pain was the priority.

Very professional staff with clean, modern facility. Richard is always kind, patient & helpful with financial planning to take care of my treatment plan on a time-table that I’m comfortable with. I’m also never caught off guard with charges. I’ve had bad experiences with past dental offices on island, so I’m grateful to have found Dental Care of Pearlridge (patient for a year now). As a person with a very busy schedule, it’s so helpful that they are open 7 days a week... love that I don’t have to take time off work to get my dental needs accomplished!

I highly recommend Dental Care of Pearlridge to anyone looking for dental care. Making an appointment was easy and they open long hours. My experience with them were consistently pleasant. The staffs were always nice from check in to treatment and check out, they were caring and helpful. Dr. Lee was my dentist when I went in for an emergency appointment I called at around 8pm and got in at 8:30pm.

Great experience here with my children today! It was a nice touch that they saw their names on a welcome board when we walked in. The staff were so friendly. My older son, who has anxiety at the dentist felt very comfortable. I would definitely recommend this office and plan to make an appointment for myself. I called Monday and got a Thursday appointment for the kids. They also had same day cancellations.

Absolute lifesavers!!! I couldn't sleep all night due to a horrendous toothache, called them in the morning and they were able to see me in 2 hours. Root canal needed and they were able to complete the procedure right in their practice!! Complete relief and able to enjoy the rest of the weekend:):):)

I will give more info but for now I am ok. The last time I was at the dentist I used my music app to be at ease with drilling. I cannot use my app because there is no wifi. Kaiser has it next door. When I go on line it lists the dental office with the word guest next to it. I guess I am one step below a guest. Having wifi also helps if there is a wait. I don’t mind waiting if I can do my work.

Im terrified of the dentist but Alex the Dental Assistant was amazing. I as extracting my bottom right back teeth and Alex talked me through what was being done and made me feel very comfortable and relxed. I would definitely 1000% recommend my family and friends to go here. Dr Ferguson was the guy who was doing the extracting hardly got to make conversation with him but he was definitely in there got the work done and out. Lets just say it was less than 10mins and my tooth was out. Im very pleased with my experince. Thank you

LOVE that they are open late & 7 days a week!! Very professional and friendly staff. Maria & Kellie are awesome dental hygienists; so thorough and gentle when doing your cleanings. You can even watch Netflix while they clean your teeth!

Best location and hours. Office is professional and tidy. Individual exam rooms are clean and open; what I mean by that is it doesn’t make you feel claustrophobic because each rooms have a window which looks out into the mall parking lot. Staff are friendly and professional which is important also.
