This was a great find for me, the staff are very kind and friendly and the doctors are very helpful and gentle. My experience was very awesome with no feeling of pain thru out my procedure but only a Lil bit in the beginning with the numbing shot but it's all rainbows and butterflies after and the Doc will tell you how it's going to feel so you don't have to clench your butt cheecks together and expecting the worse..lol..again would recommend to all my friends and ohana.

They were able to accommodate me with a same day appointment for a toothache. Staff was very welcoming and friendly. Dr. Wu explained and recommended what type of treatment I needed. He went through simple detail that was easy to understand. He made me feel comfortable and at ease. I would highly recommend Hawaii Family Dental.

Dr. Chang was terrific!! She is excellent at her job! Right now, you have the pleasure of not only a doctor, looking at your x rays that were just taken, and giving you the most up to date knowledge of your teeth and gums, but she will do your cleaning and give you great advice on what should be your Dental Goals for the year! I had a very nice experience at Hawaii Family Dental. This is not an easy job. The dentist is nice looking and does a good job. Ha. The hygienist did work more than she had to just to be of help. The reception staff were all accommodating and not absorbed in computers or cell phones, but paid attention to the clients and were pleasant, not disinterested and unengaged.

I really appreciated Loraines concerned and caring nature. She made me feel welcome. Her hygenist expertise made a somewhat difficult procedure as comfortable as possible. Dr Woo was informative and personable The rest of the staff was courteous and pleasant. Overall a "thumbs up". Great job!
