Hawaii Family Dental - Aiea

I'm so grateful for this team of Dentists, technicians, including the Dental specialists. Dr. C. Wu and all the technicians there are so caring and thoroughly confident and precise in providing exceptional dental care for their patients. I've had alot of traumatic dental experience from a young age, and during each visit with HFD, I've gained more confidence and satisfaction with the dental work I received. This office shows so much care and welcoming attitudes that I'm not afraid to show up for my next appointment. I'm so satisfied with my dental work and want to give a big shout out of thanks and gratitude to Hawaii Family Dental, Dr. Wu, the techies, including the front office girls...you truly helped my Smile!

This is my second time visiting this dentist since being on island, and while I didn't have a bad experience last time, the customer service this time really took the cake! This office is really stepping up their game. The ladies at the front were super friendly and I rarely have to wait more than 10 minutes to get in to see the doctor. One of the girls took me back to the room and took my blood pressure. I had never had that happen at a dentist before but I appreciated the extra concern for my health. Once my teeth were cleaned, the dentist came in and examined me. The doctor was really nice and caring. He even gave me a head massage which blew my mind (checking for lymphs and other things) but it sure felt nice! After they were done, the girl handed me my gift baggie and escorted back to the front to schedule my next appointment. What happened next really blew my socks off. She handed me a white rose as I was leaving. As someone who loves flowers, this nice but simple gesture really left an impression on me. I would recommend this place to anyone needing dental services and will continue to come back for my routine cleanings.

Every person who works here is very professional and very knowledgeable. I'm realy glad I changed dentist from where I had been for almost 20 years. Kaitlin is my hygienist and is she really good. Access to office is easy with plenty of free parking. This dental office deserves high marks and positive comments.!

I have been going to Hawaii Family Dental in Aiea for over 20 years and it has always been a positive experience. My go to hygienist during this time has always been Lorraine. You could not ask for anyone more concerned about your welfare while there then her. Her attitude is always very positive and caring. She is very easy to talk to and knows her job extremely well. Getting your teeth cleaned isn`t the most most pleasant experience but she goes out of her way to make sure that you are comfortable throughout the whole time you are with her. I wouldn`t dream of having any other hygienist work on my teeth. I give her a long overdue thank you for always making my visits positive and comfortable and for having my welfare utmost on her mind.

My experience has been nothing but totally awesome and satisfied. I have probably been through at least a dozen different dentists and Dr. Christopher Wu has been the best! He really really cares about his patients and treats me like a close friend. Prices are super reasonable as I had three crowns done here. If you're looking for better options I highly recommend giving Dr. Wu a call.

My cleaning on 10/28 was quick and thorough. Ashley and Dr. Wu were professional and very personable. ( My regular dentist is Dr. Coloma but he wasn’t in that day).

I liked how the doctor worked on me explaining what he was going to do.

Dr. Kristen Todoki is best dentist on Oahu! She is gentle, kind and understanding and very particular about her work:) The entire staff at the Aiea office is fabulous, from the front desk folk to the assistants in the back and the hygenist! All are friendly and welcoming and make going to the dentist office as enjoyable as it can be! Thanks for giving me my smile back!!!!

By far the beat dental office I’ve been to. I really don’t do reviews at all. Literally. But this place deserves one. Everyone that I have come into contact with was very friendly & welcoming. Felt very comfortable here which is important to me. My front teeth were really screwed up. I had a bit of an anxiety episode while they were getting ready to do work on my teeth. Dr.Coloma & the dental assistant was very patient & understanding. They are very thorough & explain everything to you. Constantly tells you your doing great & not to worry. I am completely happy with my new smile & my kids love it. So they would like to thank you as well Dr.Coloma. The two girls from billing are very sweet & nice. They help you & walk you through everything. They even came to see me once the work was done to see how it looked. If I could rate a twenty on my experience, I would! You won’t regret coming here. If your looking for a dental office that makes you feel at ease & comfortable, look no further. This is definitely the place to go.

I have recently begun seeing Dr. Coloma and have a lot of work to do on my teeth. I dread going to the dentist, but Dr. Coloma has been efficient and kind. I also received a deep cleaning from Kaitlyn, who was also very good, kind, and attentive to me. The office workers are also great and made it very easy to make a payment plan. Jerika (sp?) was super helpful in getting that done. Thank you all so much!
