I am a Government contractor from the mainland working in Hawaii. I needed to visit a dental office while on the island. I found Pearl Kai Dentistry on Google. I usually look for a business that has a number of ratings that I can read through to see if the establishment is a place that warrants my business. Unfortunately, Pearl Kai only had one review. However, it was a 5-star review with very good things to say about Dr. Maraña, and staff. And boy were his thoughts spot-on!!! This place is great. It’s conveniently located, and state of the art. Not only that, but the way the staff treats you is amazing. Your not just a patient; but a friend. Today will be my fourth visit, and I feel I made good friends. I observed how other patients are treated as well... I would have to say they get the same treatment!!! So awesome in my opinion. If your the type that doesn’t particularly care to visit the dentist (like me) this office will make you change your mind. Dr. Maraña will do her best to get your mind off the situation... before you know it your done. She is thorough, yet gentle with each touch throughout the procedure at hand. The staff is great!!! The doctor couldn’t have picked a better staff to represent her office, and tend to the patients’ needs. Please visit this establishment... we need to keep this office thriving with business!!! Dr. Maraña, and her staff deserve it.!!! Help them help you!!!

If you like Courteous & Friendly Dental Service then this is the place for you! I've been with Pearl Kai Dentistry since they opened and have gotten First Class treatment. From Dr. Marana's in dept personal care and in site to what is best for you, to the Dental Assistants who are the nicest Tech around. You will like the Text Message Appointment Notifications, convenient hours, plenty of parking and cozy office. I've been to plenty of Dentist Offices and Dr. Marana's Office is the Best by far!

came in for a quote and paid out of pocket for nothing dont go here. worst dentist ever shes just money hungry. beware of this fraud. dont even let her sit you down without getting a quote. she will charge for things that dont even exist. i'm suprised she didnt charge for holding the door open.
