Staff is very friendly, we didn’t wait long either. My son came in to get a few fillings, they were very reassuring and made him fe comfortable.

Dr. Lee was very efficient and thorough. The only downside was that his plane was late so we were stuck in the office with two very restless two year olds. Beyond that, the visit was quick and the kids were thrilled with their goodie bags.

Appointment was made , had to wait a few weeks. Day of scheduled appointment I called to verify and see if I could arrive earlier.
Total confusion, I was scheduled as a new customer for Initial 1st visit with different dentist completely wrong , the actual appointment I made originally was for tooth extraction!!! Then the receptionist responded like I was confused.
Next she told me I could not be scheduled for the extraction for at least another 2 months .
Looking for another dentist, wasted my time and money with this clinic. I was even referred to Honolulu by this clinic spent airfare, taxi, time for nothing . Very upset very disappointed.

This was the best dental experience I had. The office staff is very friendly. Clean, organized and comfortable atmosphere. My dentist and hygienist were both informative and very professional. I would definitely recommend Hawaii Family Dental to my family and friends.

I am very afraid of going to the dentist. The first contact I had with them was the extraction of a broken infected tooth. It was done quickly and efficiently although it required being broken into three pieces and three stitches. It healed rapidly without complications. His knowledgeable and professional approach made the procedure much less fearful. Highly reccomended.

Dr. Lee and staff are always so great, my child is terrified of dental drs because of another office but dr Lee assured my child that he’s going to be ok, they told him exactly what they’re going to be doing and In less then a minute my child calmed down and got his work done. Thank you all for your hard work!!

Everything was A-OK except for Dr. Lee. I had to change dentist for my children due to his verbal, and mental abuse towards my kids. I kept telling my kids to not let it get to them. For almost a year he was. Final draw was tooth extraction without fully num. I complained and he was smiling. The balls on this guy is, ridiculous!!

Trouble-free extraction. I heard a lot of horror stories about getting wisdom teeth pulled out and all 4 of mine had to go. I was pleasantly surprised. The doctor and hygienist created a comfortable atmosphere and moved quickly through the procedure with precision and grace. The next day they followed up to check on my progress. All good. Though I prefer not to do it again, ;-) if I had to, I would go to Hawaii Family Dental for the procedure. Mahalo nui loa!

They won't mind cancelling your appointment the day before its scheduled and putting it off another 6 months.
One minute past 15 minutes and they'll cancel your appointment even if you're right around the corner and called ahead. Even if you make it to your appointment on time, expect to wait.The staff gives no sign if caring or understanding.

I called here for an appointment because of it's great reviews but they gave me such a hard time to "make an appointment" which in the end I didn't even have an appointment. Miscommunication at its finest, I called in January due to cavities and i am a need patient and the earliest opening was June so not only did i have to wait long i booked it and once i called it turns out i didn't even had an appointment and made me want to wait till September. I didn't like the costumer service. Wasted my time
