Just called, automated & to the point, glad a real person answered after...still new to Hilo & looking for dentist so I asked to confirm office is in Hilo! Slight pause from person & I asked if they take walk ins...slight pause again & says no & refers bays clinic by whatever name they go by, cause they take walk ins...just disappointed in the way questions were answered with pauses, but I guess a plus cause they referred another place...

Terrible. No one called me back, no one cared that I was in pain, and Dr. Mau was lazy and rude. My husband and I go to Bay Clinic Dental now, much better.

Hygienist rolled her eyes at me when I said I couldn’t open my mouth very wide, because of pain. Dentist looked at my teeth prior to cleaning!!! Cleaning was extremely limited.
