When I checked in, the staff was very pleasant and helpful. Dr. and the hygienist were so very nice and informative, made me feel so relaxed to know what would be happening next. The hygienist stayed with me and doctor right thru the whole procedure, and accompanied me to the waiting area and explained to my wife what as done, and what needed to be done when I leave. I am already booked for my next visit. I never like going back to dentist, with this dentist I am looking forward to my next appointment.

Everyone I have dealt with here has been helpful and pleasant. The front office staff is consistently friendly even in difficult interactions and treats every patient with respect and care. The dental assistants who have worked with me are knowledgeable, competent, and again friendly. The doctors always make time to ask for my input and explain the work to me.
In short, this is one of the best dental practices I have ever been with.

I recommend Jessica for your hygienist.
She is very gentle if your the nervous type. No need to be with Jessica.
Although, their are all very caring and listens to your concerns.
When need an Emergency Visit, they get you in right away.
I'm just a patient and hopefully, encourage others to see your dentist. I used to be so nervous. No need to be nervous with this Clinic. They accept most insurance's.

I was very impressed and put at ease by Dr. Spivak and his assistant, Gabe. They took time to make sure all my questions were answered before my crown work began, kept me informed during the procedure of what was happening and what would happen next, and there was almost no pain.

Dr. Spivek was absolutely phenomenal! An immense step up from the guy i saw there previously. He was extremely knowledgeable, very informative, and communicated with his assistant on a very professional level, and she was awesome as well, its not been very often if ever that i won't mind going back to this dentist!

Fantastic staff!!! It’s a little weird to find (the hilo location). But the wonderful women who work there more than make up for the odd location!
My daughter is slightly special needs. She normally would flip out at the thought of a dentist (she’s 11) but the women there made her so happy and comfortable! They played and joked with her. The dentist was also very warm and friendly with her. He explained what he was going to do. He made it fun and easy. My daughter wasn’t scared at all. She even thanked everyone on our way out!
It’s nice to have a good friendly dentist for kids! It can be really scary. Everyone there really went out of their way to make it a positive experience! I highly recommend them!!

I am completely satisfied with Dr. Spivak's professionlism , honesty, and attention to my dental needs with out sacrificing my comfort. I recently got some major dental work done on the mainland & came to come to the clinic because of mistake they made at my expense.
My only regret is that I didn't know about him sooner

One of the most pleasant dental experiences yesterday, from Shontell to Doctor Meyer to Priscilla, their attention to detail and 'chair side manner' was notable and, dare I say enjoyable!

I honestly can’t believe they sent me an email to write a review. I have been a patient there for several years, I’ve had both good and bad experiences, recently more bad than good. However, 2 days ago I drove an hour from my home for a cleaning appointment, I was 10 minutes early. They were about 10 minutes late in getting me in a chair. Then they left me sitting in the exam chair for a half an hour. I was almost 2 hours in and the hygienist hadn’t even come in the room. My dad was a dentist, he would have never treated a patient like that, and he would have fired any of his staff that did. I got up and left, I doubt I’ll ever go back.
