Friendly and very professional. Clean environment. I live in Kaimuki so it's convenient .Linda was very thorough and gentle. Very sweet and thoughtful as well! One of my best experiences in a dental office.

I love the friendly staff, short wait time and modern technology used for my X-rays. My hygienist was so sweet, gave helpful tips and the dentist put my anxiety to rest. Coming from someone who has dental anxiety, it was a very pleasant experience. I didn’t get the impression this is the kind of place where they convince you that you need excessive work done just to make money. I will be recommending this office to family and friends!

Terrific staff, they did a wonderful job of getting me set up to take care of a toothache. They always take good care of my teeth and take the time to resolve pain issues and ensure that I understand the best techniques that will not cause any further damage to my teeth.

This is the best dental office I have ever been to. The whole staff is very friendly and the service is by far better than the other places I have been to especially when they actually start on time not like the others.

Overall I think they are okay. Be careful with their billing practices. The first time I went they told me everything was covered, but then I was stuck with a $40 dollar bill for x-rays. I don't know if they just choose not to do the free ones included with my insurance or they coded it wrong (this was 2 years ago). I stopped by two weeks ago to get my semi-annual cleaning, I was due for x-rays, but they told me I wasn't due, based on my insurance. When I left, I called the insurance company and they said that they would have approved the x-rays, since I haven't gotten them in the last year. I get the regular insurance covered x-rays every other visit, so I'm not sure what the confusion was on this visit. Everyone is very nice though, which is why I continue to go.

Diamond Head Dental Care's staff is incredible - prompt and friendly. Making appointments is easy, and getting my dental work so far has been as painless as possible, with the staff and dentists keeping me well-informed as to what's going on and making me feel comfortable with the procedures.

My first experience with Diamond Head Dental Care would of been a 5 star if it hadn't been for the young lady who cleaned my teeth for me. I'm going to be as honest and respectful as possible, but It would have to go down as one of the worst experience I've had. I don't even feel like going back there because her vibe and customer service was just not great. She made me feel uncomfortable with how rude she came off without even knowing it. She didn't even fully clean my teeth like how other places would with the toothpaste and everything else. She stopped mid way and said we'd have to reschedule for another visit. I was really hoping to have a great experience here since it's much closer to my house, but after that first visit, I'm not too sure of it anymore. I do have another cleaning next week, but I'm wondering If I should just end it here and look elsewhere. My husband would have gone in next week as well as his first visit, but after that, I don't know if I want him to go through the same with that specific doctor/cleaner. The front desk staffs were great though along with the girl who took my xrays and also the doctor herself! It was just the cleaner that I cringed through my first cleaning with the place. I hope she is not like this all the time and was just having a bad day, but even so, she could of been a lot more respectful and nicer. Thank you though to the other four staffs, you guys were great, respectful and helpful.

After being a client at another local dental office for the last couple years and having nothing it trouble, I was SO GRATEFUL to have found Diamond Head Dental Care. The staff is friendly and incredibly helpful. The dentists are thorough and care for your teeth responsibly rather than drill for the sake of drilling ($$$). I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new dental center. You won't be disappointed. They also have a fantastic schedule with later appointments available (great for anyone that works and wants to do dental work outside a 9-5 work schedule!).

Friendly Professional Dental Office. Have known Dr. Matto for 15 years. He cares and listens to his patients' concerns. The Hygiene team is gentle and thorough making my teeth feel clean and fresh. Mahalo Diamond Head Dental!
