I was on the way to Oahu and had a crown come off while on the plane! Called at noon and they were able to get me in at 2. Everyone from the front office staff, the back office, to the dentist himself- all amazing! So friendly, so accommodating. They were very clear and transparent about everything and was able to get me in and out so fast. Truly grateful for their service!

I had my second cleaning today at Diamond Head, and I'm really pleased. Clean office and friendly staff. The Hygenist Rob is gentle and thorough. Dr. Matto and staff are all fantastic. Thank you for the excellent dental service. 100% recommend this office to anyone.

I have been going to Diamond Head Deantal for about 8 years now. Iβm sure working on teeth and fixing problems isnβt a 100% success rate operation. I donβt expect perfect outcomes every time nor do I get them. Thatβs how it goes sometimes. What I do expect is professionalism, kindness and compassion from the employees. Although this last crown experience was a roller coaster ride, I did leave very satisfied. Dr. Jackson and Jess were the main people assisting me and both made me feel like a valued customer and a top priority. I left a very frustrating situation happy multiple times because of these two. They are both rockstars and I will definitely be back because of them. I have and will continue to recommend them to friends and family. Thank you for making me a happy customer!!

I was greeted when I walked in the door! I signed papers but it wasnβt too much like other places. I was seen right away. Amber the assistant was really nice and listened to my concerns. When the Dentist came in Dr. C. Riter, he was informed about my concerns and listened to me. He took his time to examine my mouth and put so much care into everything. I appreciate that he took the time to educate me and give me options and explain thoroughly what I had questions on. After all the dentist Iβve seen he believes in me that I will trust the process. I feel like he put in the effort, unlike other Doctors ive seen. Once again he explained every possible way to get my smile right! Thank you to all ! The diamond Dental team is the best! Definitely appreciate the members that gave me an awesome and amazing first time experience! A great dental practice. I broke a crown and was promptly scheduled, though not a patient previously. Dr.Matto and the entire staff is friendly, professional, listens to the patient, and provides information about the procedures every step of the way. In addition, I found the charges for treatment to be very affordable. I highly recommend this dental practice!

The office was very clean and well organized. I was a bit nervous when I first got back to the chair for my cleaning, Rob did an amazing job making me feel comfortable and well informed about my dental hygieneβHe took his time cleaning my teeth and did not rush, Iβll definitely be coming back for my next routine cleaning !

Had a cleaning today and the dental hygienist was wonderful. The scheduling needs some work though. Arrived at 10am, completed ppwk and waited to be called in. Another patient arrived after me, also for a 10am appt and he was called in first and seen first. I was taken back at 10 and had to wait in the dentist chair for almost 30 mins before being seen. I asked and was told that the office books 2 appts at the same time for 1 hygienist so be prepared to wait. NOTE TO SCHEDULERS - this process could use improvement for better patient experience.
