Their dentist and receptionist are very kind, especially Dr Kim, he is the most gentle dentist I've ever met, very light handed, you won't feel pressure or pain, I feel like he cares and doesn't rush, compassionate and good at what he does, he makes sure the patient is comfortable and he patiently explains everything he is going to do. you will fall in love with this Doctor, he is simply the best! I highly recommend seeing Dr. Kim, He's Wonderful!

My experience having Dr Kim replace my filling that was about 62 years old was very pleased. Dr Kim worked worked quickly and efficiently. His assistant was also great. She made sure to keep draining the sprayed water so I wouldn't gag. She worked efficiently with Dr Kim handing him the proper instruments to do his work as quickly as possible. My regret is my gagging which slowed his work down.

I just had a pleasurable experience at the dentist!!!! Dr.s Harada, Kim. Shinsato and their staff are so very professional and good at what they do. They put me at ease. Easy to get to. Great parking. You even have a view from the chair! So glad I found them.

I think they provide a good service overall. I am giving four stars because they donโt tell you if the dentist your seeing is an in network or out of network provider. I assumed all dentist that work out of the office were providers under my insurance. So on a previous visit, I was charged a lot and didnโt know why until recently when I put two and two together. Now I know moving forward to double check who the dentist is when having a procedure done.
