Dr Kim was quick in doing my molar extraction. He let me know what my cost would be on further dental work before I left the office so I was well informed. He is very good at what he does and his manner is very professional yet kind. I think being kind and gentle are traits that we look for and appreciate in people, especially if they are treating us. I highly recommend Dr Kim. Excellent service.

Hawaii dental clinic has been great for us since we started going a year ago. Even this time, I had to reschedule my appointment and they end up calling me to reschedule again a second time. They called me first thing in the morning as soon as they found out that the hygienist was sick.
When I got there, I got everything ready got me in within two minutes of being there and I was out with in less than an hour. Everyone is friendly and helpful

I went to a different dentist who told me I had 6 cavities and gave me an estimate for fillings and stuff that would possibly cost about $1500. Then I came to this dentist because my personal experience at the other dentist was not that great. And im so glad I did because the dentist here explained that there was no actual decaying in my mouth, and that sometimes when dentist say βcavityβ it could just mean that you have a deep crevice where a cavity is more likely to happen. I would definitely rather just take good care of my teeth than spend all that money on preventative work. I truly feel that everyone here at this office cares about people and there health. I would recommend them to anyone.

Highly recommend Dr. Shinsato who just pulled my infected lower back tooth smoothly with his professional skill. After the anesthesia, I didn't feel any pain at all. So grateful!
Amy was so friendly and helpful all the way, treating me just like my reliable friend. Jamie was very gentle whether it's taking x-ray, rising my mouth.

FYI, parking is on the first floor, same floor as the Long's parking next to it. Office is on the 5th floor(#500) of Kahala Office Tower, a five-story building.

Receptionist rolled her eyes at me when I asked about the $1290 out of pocket expense !!! For a crown π
