I am absolutely so impressed with Dr. Ho and his crew. He is the perfect mix of professional and personal. Through his kindness he goes out of his way to ensure complete comfort for his patient. His staff is personable and helps subside all the nervousness a patient may have prior to the procedure.
His equipment is state of the art, newest on the market. His methods of treatment are respectable as he seeks to fully inform the patient of the problems and the procedures necessary to remedy them.
I am glad to find a dentist I look forward to visiting. I'm glad his excellent work is publicly recognized, as displayed on the walls of his office. A++++ dentist of the year, every year, and my dentist for life. Highly recommend!

I recently moved to Oahu and was in a need of a cleaning. On the recommendation of a friend, I contacted Dr. Ho's office and was treated very warmly from the first point of contact. After arranging to have my dental x-rays sent over from the mainland, I set up an appointment for a cleaning and exam and I can truly say that the experience I had was the best EVER in 30+ years of dentist visits! The hygienist was the most thorough (but gentle) hygienist that I have ever worked with and I never once experienced any discomfort or pain! Dr. Ho himself was very personable and explained any findings from the cleaning and I left very satisfied with the whole operation, from the front office staff all the way up to the top! If you need a dentist in Oahu, I highly recommend you contact Dr. Stephen R. Ho!!

I have been going to Dr. Ho for almost a year now. I am very happy with him and his staff. Dr. Ho is very nice and skillful in his practice. He communicates clearly during the procedure. I know exactly what he was going to do, and what to expect. The office is in new and clean condition. Comfortable and has a nice view. The staff members are very nice. Char always calls me ahead of my appointments to remind me. She also recommended dental insurance to me where I can get a part of my procedure reimbursed. I am in good hands with Dr. Ho.

In addition, my previous dentist was offering cheap dental cleaning procedures to draw people in. However, when I had a small crack on my back tooth, that dentist immediately offered the most expensive procedure to me with no alternatives. He offered me to do a crown on a small tooth crack, and nothing else. And the procedure was $1800 dollars.

When I came to Dr. Ho, he mended the small crack with a fraction of the cost. So I knew I can trust him.

Dr. Ho and his staff are professional and super friendly! they take great care of me and I am very happy with their excellent services. Great dentist and I highly recommend seeing Dr. Ho and his great team!

Dr. Ho is kind, very informative and truly cares deeply about his patients and their health. From the minute you enter the office you are warmly greeted by Char, who always remembers me by name. The dental hygienists are so warm and receptive as well, and go the extra mile. It's the little things that make all the difference and the family feel and impeccable service is why we keep coming back!!

I ended up becoming a patient of Dr. Ho because I was having some reservations with the Oral Surgeon I was about to have a dental implant with. After doing my own research and talking with a childhood friend, who is a dentist on the mainland, and after seeing the stellar reviews about Dr. Ho I made the decision to switch. And I couldn't be happier!!! Not only is Dr. Ho able to take care of my general dental needs he is highly qualified to do dental implants. Yes, a "one-stop" shop for me! In addition, the staff is AMAZING from Char, office manager, to Kathy, my dental assistant, they are both incredibly kind, knowledgeable and thoughtful.*** I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!***

Dr. Ho and his staff are wonderful. After researching for a new dentist I came across his name under best dentists in Honolulu. He fit me in for emergency treatment and even better I couldn’t feel a thing! His assistants and office managers are so friendly and helpful. I’m definitely going to continue seeing Dr. Ho!

He regularly attends seminars and conferences to stay engaged in the latest dentistry trends. In addition, he has surrounded himself with an amazing staff! Great synergy in his office. Not only am I a patient, but wife is also as well. This year my son has added his name to a list of genuinely satisfied patients!
