I’ve been seeing Dr. Ho and Natalie for a few years now and I won’t go anywhere else. Dr. Ho is thorough, professional, kind and he respects my time. Visits are swift and efficient without cutting corners. Plus, this is the most gentle cleaning I’ve ever experienced. It’s more like getting a spa treatment than getting my teeth cleaned.

From my first visit to Dr. Ho seven years ago (which ended up requiring a tooth extraction!) to the present, I have been impressed by the care and kindness demonstrated by him and his staff at every appointment. Dr. Ho's legendary calm is very reassuring during "traumatic" dental work. I especially appreciated the way his staff went out of their way to care for my elderly father (a long-time patient of Dr. Ho), whose dementia made tooth care a daily battle. Dr. Ho and his staff are one of a kind!! They are all genuinely kind people that are always smiling and happy to help. Dr. Ho takes the time to explain any options, procedures and even follows up after the procedure(s) to make sure you are doing okay. He is absolutely THE BEST dentist I've ever had. I strongly recommend his dental care for it is without a doubt a representation of a 5-star rating.

I'm so thankful for Dr. Ho! I've known him for many years! After moving to the mainland for several years, I was happy to move back to Hawaii knowing that I could still get great dental care from Dr. Ho! When I left Hawaii, he was on the cutting edge - and I can report that after all those years, he still stays up to date, using the latest technology. The best part about working with Dr. Ho is how gentle he is. He also takes time to explain procedures so I feel informed about my dental care. His staff is also top notch - very friendly, knowledgeable and easy to work with.

As a child, like most, I dreaded going to the dentist; every second felt like a minute. But over the last few years, as an adult, I've been a patient of Dr. Ho, and his entire team is so laser focused on every single detail to ensure your experience is as painless as possible. From computerized anesthesia, vaseline on your lips, to the paintings on the ceiling (so you have something to look at while you're laying in the chair), these attention to detail make every second feel like an actual second; time just passes by more quickly in there. And let's face it: as much as I love Dr Ho and his team, the quicker time passes by when you're visiting a dentist, the better, right? I'm always happy to visit this office and even happier when it feels like i get to leave so quickly :)
