i visited this dentist office recently and had an excellent experience. The staff was friendly and welcoming, making me feel comfortable and at ease from the moment I walked in. Parking right outside the office is nice when itβs raining out.
All the staff were professional & prompt. They took the time to explain everything they were doing and answer any questions I had, which made me feel truly cared about. The dental hygienist who cleaned my teeth was also very thorough and gentle, ensuring that I was comfortable throughout the entire process.
Overall, i had a wonderful experience at this dentist office and would highly recommend it to anyone in need of dental care. Horrible first time experience there...please be more professional and speak English around your patients!! or in the clinic!! talking smack in-front of us not knowing we understood everything!..My husbands mouth was not even numb yet and they went ahead and did the extraction..felt like it was being rushed cuz we went in a little late to check in..He was in real pain during and afterwards and said he will never go there again...

Dr. Le is amazing ! She always makes sure you are comfortable and constantly checks up on you. I had my fillings done and she constantly kept asking if I was okay or if I needed breaks. She also is able to do everything is a short time! Not much wait at all. Sheβs super friendly & cares about your well being! Do yourself a favor this holiday season and go see Dr. Le! Merry Christmas Everyone! Anyone that is looking for a good dentist, I highly recommend this office out here in Kalihi. People are very nice esp. Dr. Trang Le, very accommodating and friendly. She is awesome! Iβve been going here for the last 3 years already, even though we moved out of Kalihi and living in Ewa now I never change and keep Dr. Trang Le as my dentist. The Filipino Auntie that works in the front desk are very friendly as well, she works with on your available days to get and have a appointment.
I had my braces too and I seen a really big difference, it straight it out. She gives confidence to smile now! Iβm very happy and satisfied with their service. Sheβs very understanding, soft spoken, and knowledgeable. She works to help you achieve your needs. Thank you Dr. for giving confidence!!!
