Dr Ing as well as his entire staff are professional as well as friendly. My scheduled appt was on time & I didn't have to wait.

I had an unexpected crack in a tooth and Dr. Ing and the entire Staff did a fantastic job of taking care of me. Can't thank you all enough!

Elana Tough is my dental hygienist and I absolutely love her! She does a very thorough job of cleaning my teeth, yet she’s gentle at the same time. She’s very knowledgeable with any questions that I ask and she has a pleasant and caring personality.

I had an unpleasant experience with the Kauai Dental Clinic. Let’s start off with saying that I love my dental hygienist, she’s simply fabulous and the reason I became a patient. The clinic is new and beautiful. I can’t give my opinion on the new doctor who joined Dr. Ing as I’ve only had a very brief interaction with him. Here’s my problem: Recently the clinic stated that they require yearly full mouth X-rays. When I told them that I don’t want to have X-rays on a regular Preventative basis, but would surely come in if I had any dental problems and then having an X-ray would be no problem, I was put on the spot: Have the X-rays or we won’t provide service. I feel strongly that subjecting patients to preventative radiation should only be done if the patient consents, and patients should not be forced to choose between consenting to X-rays or having to leave the dental clinic. As a point of reference, my previous dentist took X-rays every 5 years, and/or when necessary. I came away with a bad feeling especially as I had a cleaning that had been scheduled 6 months prior and when I showed up for the appointment I was told that they could not do my cleaning if I didn’t submit to the X-rays. I had been a patient at this clinic for about 4 years so they had two sets of X-rays on file that were 2 and 4 years old respectively, and plainly I was shocked at the customer treatment...

Always polite and professional with a friendly staff.

All the staff at KDC are friendly and helpful. Dr. Ing has done a great job anytime I needed dental work. I've had 3 different hygienists and all were professional and did a thorough job. The massage chairs are relaxing, too.

Just wanted to give a shout out to Kauai Dental Care their staff and Dr. Park. A quick last minute fix. Your guys rock!!!!!

The service, the skill and artistry of Dr. Ing, coupled with a very professional, friendly and experienced support staff is excellent. They have a genuine sense of care for their customers and work hard to insure 100% satisfaction (and they don't miss their goal). Mahalo Nui Loa all!.

I was very impressed with the precautions taken in light of Covid-19 before entering this office. My hygienist Didi is so caring and professional, always cognizant of any procedure which could cause discomfort by sharing in advance. Of course, she is always gentle in cleaning my teeth and reminding me how important it is to properly brush in vulnerable areas. Only wish I knew about Dr. Ing's office many years ago. And Diane up front is always so friendly in arranging your next appointment, what an awesome staff! Dr. Ing was off today so it was my pleasure to meet Dr. Park. Both doctors explain thoroughly what is the best path to great dental health, thank you!
