Outstanding ! In the 25 + years of dental care I’ve received on the mainland , as well as, on island - I have never been so impressed and taken care of . Dr. Ing and his team were so kind , honest and patient! I’m in awe of the entire experience- the ease of scheduling , thorough X-rays , in depth consult with Dr.Ing - he’s honest , skilled , conservative & genuine (you can’t ask for more in a dentist !)
I honestly can’t wait to go back for routine cleanings - Highly recommend - can’t say enough wonderful things about this team !

I was very impressed with my “first/initial visit” experience with Dr. Ing. Dr. Ing was so thorough, efficient, and personable, I felt like I was a long standing patient. Dr Alan Ing worked to see me before he went on vacation. I had broken a crown but need to go to Oahu for the procedure because of the way it had broken off. He was afraid teeth would shift so I was glad he slotted me in. Staff friendly and worked hard to make me comfortable and sanitized everything.

Service was wonderful, as usual, being met at the door and escorted to the dental hygienist. Nora did her usual excellent job of x-raying and cleaning my teeth. Dr. Ing came in and confirmed that my teeth looked good. I love the COVID precautions of masking, and the box that cleans your keys, cellphone, etc. I love the massage chair. I'll see you in 6 months.

Dr. Ing and the staff at Kauai Dental Care provide excellent service with aloha! They truly put the customer's needs first. Dr. Ing has made recommendations that are always in our best interest. They use the latest technology, are impeccably clean and have welcoming and upbeat atmosphere. We trust our Dr. Ing and his staff for our family's dental care needs.

When I broke a tooth, the staff was able to find an appointment for me the same day. Dr Park examined my tooth and explained my options. He used pictures of my tooth and information from the internet to be sure I understood the options to fix it. I appreciate the time he took. The staff is kind, patient, and efficient. I highly recommend Kauai Dental Care!

My first appointment. I was very well treated and believe I will receive excellent dental care. All the staff that I encountered were friendly and helpful. Everyone seemed to do their jobs very well. Dr Ing explained the issues he saw and patiently answered all my questions. The front desk staff helped me with insurance information and provided me with an estimate of the cost of needed work.

Dr Ing has a collaborative style which I like. He gives options and consequences and helps you make decisions regarding dental issues. He is also wonderful with injections. We all hate that needle but he does a great job not flashing it in front of your face and scaring the hell out of you. But then he injects very slowly which is a major determinant of reduced pain with the injection. He is a busy dentist yet cares enough to do it properly by taking time to minimize pain. It is greatly appreciated!
He is always personable and professional. He addresses all questions without hesitation despite his being busy. His staff called me the next day to see if I was doing ok since it was a crown. He actually called me to clarify billing and insurance questions—again really appreciated.

Each time I visit Dr. Ing's office and have interaction with his staff, I come away more impressed with his team's professional and helpful attitude. It's a blessing to have such a talented and friendly group of men and women to look after me every visit. Thank you very much for your dedication to our community.
