I have an extreme aversion to medical and/or dental anything. I am autistic and they are one of the most accommodating placeโs Iโve ever been. I see Dr. Hana and she is very gentle, understanding, and stands behind her amazing work. Her assistant (s) always are right there to hold your hand or whatever you need. They all also tell you whats happening the whole time, answer all questions, and get back to you as needed in a timely manner. They all truly listen to what you say and NEVER dismiss things. They take your concerns very seriously and are very meticulously in handling things. The whole team really puts the patient first and will always do what they can to help you out.The office is also ALWAYS extremely clean. I havenโt even see shoe dirt on the floor. I thank the team for working with heartโฆ ALL of them. I am a tough patient to handle in my own opinion and they just seem to know what to do when I donโt. All of them make a difference in the whole dental experience, but beyond that community. Their dedication and care resonates beyond the office. I am so pleased with my experience at Pure Health Dentistry. You can tell that that put a lot of effort into keeping the facilities clean and safe. Beyond that I cannot thank Dr. Hana Vandervoort enough for being so patient, and kind. I have gone to another dentist for years with reoccurring pain in several teeth, and they always told me it was referred pain from TMJ. Dr. Vandervoort made sure to take to time to explain to me in detail what was going on and gave me the information and tools necessary to fully support my dental health & hygiene. They used a couple things I have never used before something to protect my lips, another thing which held my tongue in place and something else that was in between my teeth so I didn't have to force my mouth open the whole time. This may seem like a lot but all of it really helped so that I could fully relax the whole time. This is the first time I've gone to the dentist and did not have a TMJ flare up afterwards. Thank you so much for everything you guys do. You are appreciated.
