I’m glad I found a good dental office. My dentist of over 20 years is finally retiring. Nice and friendly staff. Hygienist was very thorough. Dr. Wee explains everything in detail (and also has a good sense of humor haha). I will definitely refer to family and friends!

I just had my first visit at Mauka family dental and it was amazing! I actually switched my dentists because I felt like my last dentist would always over diagnose me and suggest procedures or things that I felt like I didn’t need or did not need as bad as they were suggesting. This dentist was very upfront with the costs, what was covered, what wasn’t, and even told me that he wants to prioritize everything he thinks I need done so I’m not spending tons of money on things I really don’t need! The dental assistant/hygienist was so so nice! They even told me I could bring my 6 month son with me and the assistant was making him laugh and smile and even helped calm him down when the dentist was trying to talk to me. The receptionist is so understanding and just so sweet! I was stuck in traffic and was 15 minutes late and they were so nice about it!! As soon as I walked in there was a board with my name on it that said “New patients:” I definitely would recommend them to anybody and everybody!! Best dentist I’ve ever had!!

The entire team at Mauka Family Dental were very welcoming and made my Dental experience comfortable. The staff was very knowledgeable and ensured each step of my visit was handled with care. They even made my visit special by adding a "Welcome" sign upon entry and played my favorite music Playlist during my entire visit! I have moved my family over to their service.

Brand new dental office in Mililani. Easy to get to (Apple Maps has the correct location, Google Maps is incorrect), ample parking. Friendly, courteous and professional staff. Lots of TVs in the exam rooms (on the wall and ceiling!) to keep you occupied while getting teeth cleaned or worked on. I had my semi-annual cleaning at this visit, and the hygienist was very friendly and knowledgeable. Dr. Kim is very easy to talk to and very knowledgeable; he’s honest and upfront, giving you all your options as well as the pros and cons of each. Didn’t feel like I was being pressured into unneeded treatments like I have had at other dental offices, which was actually nice. Def a positive experience and will be coming back!

Great experience! I had to bring my newborn with me to my appt (unexpectedly) and the hygienist (I think her name was Aerial?) was flexible, understanding and accommodating given my circumstances. She and the dentist both worked with me to complete my appt and did a wonderful job!

I haven’t been to the dentist for 10 years because of a post traumatic incident that happened when I was kid, so I always avoided them. When I realized how bad things were turning out for my teeth I knew I needed to do something about it before it got worse. I had heard of this place from my sister and I thought to myself hey why not give them a shot, I told them all my concerns and from there on they took really good care of me. I had deep cleaning done as well as my top wisdoms pulled out, and I must say after all that was done I felt more confident in my smile and not having to worry about hiding my teeth from everyone. My teeth feels better and looks healthier. My self esteem has gotten better now too. So if your looking for a dentist you should give Mauka family dental a chance I’m glad I chanced it. Looking forward to coming back to them for future check ups.

I’m a dental spouse myself, (my hubby is a military orthodontist) so I’m really picky with how I’m treated at a dental office and in the dental chair. Mauka Family Dental was great from the front desk, to the assistant taking x-rays, to the very efficient hygienist who explained every she was doing, to the dentist who quickly discovered an issue that could easily be remedied with preventative care. I’m so glad I chose Mauka Family Dental! I highly recommend them.

Going to the dentist is not something you usually look forward to, but this office is amazing. Every staff member goes above and beyond to make you comfortable. Everyone is friendly and helpful. They have a range of office hours to accommodate patients’ varying schedules. Location is convenient, and there is lots of parking. We are so happy to have found them!
