Today was my first visit there. Had my teeth cleaned and had x-rays done to check whatever else that needed to be done. Dr.Jackson was very thorough explaining the work that needed to be addressed.

This was my 1st appointment at Diamond Head Dental Care Pearl City and as the last appointment on a Monday evening, I wouldn't have been surprised to have been somewhat disregarded and rushed. All the staff showed me patience and my hygenist Chantel went above and beyond to make me feel like I was getting a thorough and sufficient cleaning. When I say she worked a wonder cleaning my teeth is an understatement! My Doc made sure I was inspected and updated with all important info regarding my dental maintenance. The office is clean. From experience on my visit. The staff is very unprofessional and no one smiled at all. They didn’t even know how to check on my coverage. During the cleaning, the hygienist was ok but I feel he was not thorough because my mouth didn’t feel refreshed compared to where I had been going. I didn’t go back anymore

I’ve been going to Diamond Head Dental
Care ever since they opened. They are quick and professional. They don’t try to pressure sales you into getting dental work that you don’t need. Their hygienist are quick. My cleanings are within 45 minutes. I like the ease of booking appointments. Dr. Matto is excellent at explaining things and in the work he performs. I’ve recommended them to at least 3 of my friends, and they’ve all had great experiences. I’m so happy they’re opening a new location. Simply allows for more convenience and availability for appointments.

Dr. Jackson is an exceptional dentist. The entire staff is wonderful… The dental hygienist that did my cleaning was so gentle and kind. The dental assistants are all calming and fabulous. The front desk staff is informative and helpful. For someone with dental phobia they have made me feel so comfortable.

I have been going to Ala Moana Dental for almost 10 years now and I honestly would not go anywhere else. The staff is friendly, compassionate, knowledgeable and really make you feel at ease. They have all the latest technology. Dr Matto is such a great dentist. He is thoughtful, caring and very thorough. He also called me to check on me after a root canal which i thought was exceptional. They have great hours too! I highly recommend them!!!

I've been going to see David at their Diamond head location since they opened. Over the years I have referred a lot of friends and family to them. While the Diamond head location is convenient for me, it's nice that I can refer friends that live in the pearl city area.
