Very good service and professionalism by the hygienists and Dr. Palola. They are very friendly staff, they did a cleaning on me today and I was very pleased that the Hygienist took the time to do an effective cleaning. Also, Dr. Palola sat down with me to show me and explain my x-rays step by step in detail and explained my treatment. Satisfied, totally recommend Dr Palola :)

At long last I have found a top notch, exceptional, gentle and caring dentist in Dr. Palola! That is saying a lot for someone like me with an INTENSE fear and anxiety about going to the dentist. But as I age, I came to realize how important good oral hygiene is to overall health. So I researched the internet for many days before I finally got up the courage to make an appointment with Dr. Palola and I'm so glad I did. Because of past neglect, I have significant problems, but Dr. Palola and her team are giving me my smile back! In addition to Dr. Palola's great technical skills, the entire staff is very caring and do their utmost to make me comfortable. For years, I had been smiling only a half smile because I was so ashamed of my cracked, discolored front teeth. But now I can genuinely smile thanks to my new beautiful crowns! As I wrote earlier, intense fear of the dentist had kept me away from dental care for years, so when I first came to Dr. Palola I had many problems to correct. With gentleness and expert care, she took care of every one. My front teeth crowns were the last major work I needed and Iβm so so happy that itβs done! Also I want to add that the entire dental team is so kind and encouraging and supportive, which really helped me to get all the needed work done. I am thankful and grateful beyond measure that I discovered Dr. Palola and her dedicated team!

Dr. Palola is the best dentist I have ever gone to! I am a patient who has a very high anxiety level going to the dentist (that requires medication) and especially getting cavity fillings. She and her staff are so patient and kind to me which really helps me to relax. Dr. Palola even reminds me when to take deep breaths during the procedure! If you request, they can provide you with a blanket and neck pillow and I love the vibrating tool she uses to stimulate the area where she inserts the needles for the numbing medication. Overall, this is the best dental practice I have been to around the country and I definitely recommend her and this business to anyone and especially those who require a little extra emotional support during the visit!

Dr. Hurtado and his staff were so friendly, cheerful and helpful. They, both the staff and Dr.H explained everything so well, from what I was having done today and my options for other care that I needed. I must emphasize option because I would make the final decision upon his recommendations. The office was also the cleanest I have seen. To say that he is the best dentist that I have ever been to would be an understatement.
