Had a great experience recently with Dr. Crump and team!
I had a crown procedure that went very smooth. I was expecting a temporary crown and having to wait a few weeks for the permanent crown......I found out that the crown was created in the office which saved me another appointment and the procedure went perfectly. The other team members that assisted him and also the person who performed the cleaning did a great job. Highly recommend this Dental Office.

I have been coming to Boise Family Dental for four years now and have always had such a positive experience coming in. All the hygienists are friendly and genuinely care about making your experience comfortable. Dr. Crump and Dr. Edminsten do such a great job at making their patients comfortable. I recently had to get my wisdom teeth removed and Dr. Edminsten made that experience so easy. He was very communicative and made sure I was 100% good the entire time. I cannot recommend Boise Family Dental enough.

I could not have been more impressed with Dr. Edminsten and his assistant Erika. I’m from out of the area, but I was in Boise for meetings when I lost a filling and broke my tooth. Since I needed to be in Boise for several days, It couldn’t wait until I got home. My wife called over a dozen dentist offices before finding Boise Family Dental Care. The receptionist was extremely nice and said they would squeeze me in. When I arrived, they were so friendly and quick to get me back. Dr. Edminsten was very personable and took time to explain my opinions. They got me fixed up and on my way in less than an hour. What impressed me most, is they knew I was from out of town and would probably never be back. However, EVERYONE treated me like I was their most valued patient.

It was an amazing experience! Haven't been to see the dentist in a couple years, and the staff was so friendly and upbeat! The experience really washed away all my nervousness and they did a great job cleaning my teeth!

Enisa has been my dental hygienist for a number of years, always pleasant sharing life stories with each other. Had to get a crown put back in and she had to numb the tooth, never felt a thing, number 1 with me. Everyone on the staff is great. 42 year client!!!!!

His personality are welcoming to us, kind, cordial and skillful. His all assistants are seems very happy and knew what their responsibilities are. It’s often hear nice positive conversation and laughters among Dr. and staff members as well as people under their treatments. You know we often feel our doctor is one of our good friend. I’m not happy. I went in, got $500+ worth of X-rays. Almost 2 weeks later they finally gave me a plan and estimate.(without communicating with me in between) They cost me more money than they helped with anything.
I ended up finding a dentist that provided the same X-rays for FREE, yep, what cost me $500+ at this place, was 100% free with them. They also put together a plan and estimate within my short appointment visit that SAME DAY, which happened to be $10,000 Less than theirs. Yep that’s right… TEN THOUSAND DOLLARS LESS for the same treatment. I’m appalled at places like Boise Family Dental who claim they help people, but truly do not. I hope they get caught in their lies. I wouldn’t send my ex here! (Hehe well maybe)

Dr Crump is a great dentist! I have been going to him and his staff for 8 yrs. They are very thorough and friendly. I can’t recommend them enough!

For years, I have had so much anxiety about having dental work done. My fear stems from some very real and very bad experiences. I thought, for years, there should be a dental office that offered sedation regardless of the procedure. It's not about how large or small the procedure is. It's about the peace and calm of the experience. Gratefully, after calling many dental offices in Boiae and Meridian, I found Boise Family Dental Care. The staff is AMAZING! ALL OF THEM! They are welcoming and engaging. A special shout out out to Michelle who answered my endless list of questions throughout a few phone calls and Victoria for her gentle chair-side manner.
So now I'm down the the hero of the story - Dr. Crump. I don't have enough words to express how it feels when you have found a genuinely caring dentist that knows your fears and handles every one of them. I'll also add that, the usual awful 2 or 3 visits that it takes to have a gosh awful root canal, Dr. Crump did in one visit! I woke up with a perfect fitting new crown and no return visits needed for it.
I will never go anywhere else! At last a dental office that has every patient's dental concerns 100% covered! I can't recommend this place enough!
