Best Dentist EVER! Out of a long list of dentists Dr. Crump is the only one that didn't try to charge the Maximum amount. He listened when I needed help getting through the procedure. I over paid and he refunded the extra. Most dentists are greedy sadists he is not.

This Dental care place is awesome! Enisa has been my dental hygienist for over ten years now, and she is the best! She is very polite and works with you on your schedule for appointments and explains all that needs to be done in a professional manner. I would highly recommend her and Boise Family Dental.

I had been to Boise Family Dental one time and had a good experience with the back office staff and dentist. I called again today because I broke a tooth and knew it needed to be pulled. I explained to the girl on the phone that I did not have dental insurance but wondered since I had paid 400 cash last time, and was now an established patient, if they would let me pay half this time and the rest next month. She flat out told me no. I understand policies but if you want repeat business and positive word of mouth for referrals, you would think that they would work with an established patient in order to keep their business. She wasn't even polite or nice about it on the phone. It makes me regret having given them my money the first time. I won't go back, which clearly they don't care, and I will relay my negative experience to anyone who will listen when choosing a dentist. I found a dentist today who would split my payment in half for me and they were shocked that Boise Family Dental Care didn't want my repeat business enough to work a payment plan. These are the times of greed, unfortunately.

The staff, ranging from the front desk ladies to the hygienists to Dr. Crump himself, have all been incredible since day 1. I spent 18 years with another dentist who apparently messed up my teeth pretty badly but I never knew it; in the past I always thought he was "okay" but never super, and from my first visit at Boise Family Dental I knew I was never going back to my old dentist!

Couldnt even get a call back, nice follow up work y'all have. Called about a broken and infected tooth, said someone would call me back, left my name and number. Never happened. How you greet new patients is beyond me. Called another dentist, they made an appointment for that day on the spot. Value Dentist will have my business from now on.
