My issue with this dental office is not the dentist but rather with their billing practices. I have been charged for things I should not have been charged for, the billing coordinator, Tracy, lied to me and told me insurance had terminated when it had not. In fact, my insurance had covered it. I was lied to multiple times about how she would remove these charges from my bill and it never happened. She never followed through when I asked her to email me documents with specifics on the billing and with providing the info stating my insurance was terminated. All lies..... DO NOT GO HERE. Something fishy is up with the billing.....

Very good experience with BFDC. Staff is friendly and helpful. Dr Crump is personable and highly qualified who employs the best people and uses the latestest technology. I have been a patient for five years and have no complaints. They also have a great in-house loyalty program for a reasonable price. Highly recommended for all denistry needs.
