They are caring and compassionate, and truly concerned about your overall Dentistry health. There has not been a time that I have gone in and haven't left laughing and smiling with the staff they are amazing. They make going to the dentist less stressful due to the staff being so personable and professional. Very kind and explain everything step by step. High quality work from my cavities to my invisalign treatment. The hygienist always asks thorough questions and report to the doctor before the exam, saving me from having to repeat everything. Highly recommend.

Wonderful staff -gentle and caring. They do a wonderful job at making sure we understand all of the dental work they have to do as well as cost. I like that they are good at creating a plan for health and longevity with our teeth meanwhile maintaining sensitivity to our budget.
My 6 year old has had cavities fixed with zero complaints or fear of returning.
My husband who only speaks Spanish feels very comfortable during there visits.

I love getting my teeth cleaned at Boise Family. I never really loved going to the dentist and now I love it, Kelli always does an awesome job and is very gentle and makes you want to continue coming back. All of the staff is welcoming and friendly and make you feel at home. I would recommend them to anyone!

Kelly has been cleaning my teeth for over a year now. Always a pleasant experience. Her, along with the entire staff, are extremely friendly and professional. Would definitely recommend. Dr Crump is a seasoned veteran. Any additional work I received from him was also done systematically and quick.

Dr. Crump and the staff at Boise Family Dentist are fantastic. After having my wisdom teeth removed by another surgeon in the area, I developed a dry socket—by no fault of the surgeon— and was in excruciating pain. Dr. Crump squeezed me in between his surgeries and got me patched up and I am finally pain free after three days and all it took was 15 minutes in his office. I have never liked going to the dentist but I look forward to my next annual cleaning just so I can go back to this office again. Everyone there is amazing.

I've been putting off going to the dentist for too long but finally made an appointment. The receptionist responded quickly thru email, looked into my insurance information and was very clear about what they covered and didn't. The hygienist, was friendly and made me feel very comfortable! She was very tolerant and informative of my 1000 questions! (Her eye brow game was on point too!) The main dentist was super personable! The experience was great and ill be back. Also, each visit you get entered in a raffle for a handful of prizes. Just some motivation to come back and not wait too long...like I did precisely!
Also, the whole facility is super clean and has a modern feel to it. Also, like previous reviews mentioned, good looking folks all around!

Love, love, love this dentistry. Probably the best dentist I have ever been to. The staff are very friendly and caring. I especially, love my hygienist Enisa. Every time after a cleaning with her, I feel great. She is also very thorough and caring. Highly, highly recommend this dentistry, if you are in the hunt for a good dentist and great hygienist.😊

I adore Boise Family Dental. For my 1st appointment I hadn't been to the dentist in 13 years. I was so nervous and embarrassed and they were so kind and caring. The high gentis and the dentist both eased my nerves and I have been going there ever since. My teeth are in tip top shape. Thank you Kelly and Dr. Crump
