I am very impressed with Boise Family Dental Care. Dr.Harker was very soft spoken and had a wonderful way of making me feel at ease the whole time. He thoroughly explained not only the need for my crown but everything he was doing step by step as he was doing it. Very gentle and constantly made sure I was comfortable! This office is just the best, I would recommend DrHarker and his girls to anyone!!!

I should preface this by saying I have not seen a dentist in years. I came in today, basically hopeless and full of shame. I am a single mother with 5 kids and I had never taken care of my teeth. I have cavities, infection, and missing teeth. I felt foolish even walking in the door, and even more embarrassed when it came time to show the doctor my teeth. I should say...what is left of my teeth. I guess I was waiting for that look of disgust and judgement I've always gotten in the past, and what happened next was amazing to me. The doctor was so kind, and so compassionate, and really cared about giving me the very best options possible. They honestly gave me hope. We put together a plan that will work for me and get my smile back. Krystal, the office Manager was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. She and the rest of the staff that helped me out today were so wonderful. I could tell that everyone there truly cared about helping me. If you are just looking for a great dentist, or if you have been avoiding the dentist because you don't want a lecture, or because you are embarrassed, don't do it anymore! Come into Boise Family Dental. You will not be disappointed. I can't wait for my next appointment....Who says that about the dentist? 😊😊

Enisa is amazing! She is so friendly and caring, and always asks if I am having any problems with my teeth. She gets a very detailed description of issues and then makes sure that Dr. Crump is aware and addresses the problems. Dr. Crump was running a little behind schedule, but still took the time to help me with 2 issues and save me another trip. He also told me that if I needed any further attention, all I had to do was ask and he would be happy to help. I have recommended Boise Family Dental Care to my friends and family and will continue to do so because the really do provide superior service.

I am ashamed to admit that it has been a few years since I have visited Dr Crump's office. His staff was very polite and professional. I was fortunate to have Kelli as my hygienist. She cleaned my teeth with pleasant talk and made me feel very comfortable. We talked movies while she worked. Dr Crump almost apologized to me for the work that I require. I simply cannot recommend Dr Crump and his staff highly enough.

This is the greatest dentist office I have ever been too!! I have farroy decent teeth but have been to many different offices in my life but none of them even get close to this office. The front office staff is very welcoming, friendly, and efficient in getting you checked in. I have never had an appointment that was delayed, they always get to you on time.
The staff in the back that work on your teeth are beyond amazing! I have been visiting this dentist for almost 3 years now and every time I leave with a huge smile. I have had the same dental hygienist name Kelli almost Everytime! This office values relationships with their clients which makes a huge difference. Kelli is absolutely amazing and extremely friendly! Puts a smile on my face each time! Dr. Crump is an absolutely amazing dentist!!! He also is very informative and knowledgeable on my teeth. I also had him take my wisdom teeth out and he did amazing!!! I LOVE THIS OFFICE AND if it is up to me, I will never go to any other dentist in my life!!

Love this dental office! Dr crump is great along with his staff! all of his assistants are very upbeat and happy!! which makes it so much better!! including most of the gals up front but not all. however i still always leave with a smile on my face ! thanks!!
