We had an emergency appointment with Dr Payne and I will definitely be making this our permanent dental office. The way we were treated was outstanding! The secretary was very empathetic with us and treated us like we have been coming there for years. Dr. Payne was awesome! He was kind the whole way through. Always great friendly service, great communication if plans change, PUNCTUAL service (which is super important to me i.e. not sitting in the waiting room forever). And of course Doctor Payne is honest, friendly and super knowledgeable. I’ve been going to him for 5 years now and have always been pleased. Highly recommend him and his staff. Even had a chipped tooth once from being an idiot, had to leave town for work in 48 hours. Text his after hours number and they responded promptly and squeezed me in the next day so he could check to see if I needed some work done to it or if I was good to go. Also another time, I broke a crown free while gone at work and he got me scheduled as soon as I got back to town and fixed it better than the original dentist that put it in. No more cold sensitivity on the crown because Dr. Payne made it right.
