I recently had a switch with my dental insurance and had to find a new dental practice. I choose Northwest Dental Center because to proximity and reviews. It's safe to say that I'm pleased with the switch. I was impressed with the level of detail involving my first including Becca, who took images and explained the process. I then met with Dr. Cook so reviewed my images, performed an exam, and simply took the time to get to know me better. Jennifer cleaned my teeth and did a fantastic job. She's a wonderful individual and really fun to chat with. I'm really happy with my selection and look forward to future visits!

It was my first time picking out my own dentist, from parents to the military they were always chosen for me and it was in and out. With northwest dental the staff was friendly and helpful and able to answer any questions I had. Making the trip to the dentist that most hate into a pleasant experience.. I had to have an extraction and the dentist was nice and willing to give an extra shot if needed but it wasn't and on request they put a movie on the screen and gave me head phones to watch while they removed the tooth. It was a great visit and I will recommend them to family and friends.

Been a patient for years and usually only go to the office for annual cleanings. However I recently chipped a tooth and needed a crown. I called Roxanna and she immediately got me scheduled. I thought it would take 2 visits and was pleasantly surprised that with today's technology Dr. Cook can do a same day crown. Dr. Cook and Becca his assistant were great. They kept me informed of each step and allowed me to watch the process of measuring, milling and baking the new crown. As advertised, one appointment crown. Big shout out to Roxanna, Dr Cook and Becca for a great experience. I would also like to thank Sheila for putting me on the right track years ago for my dental hygiene.

Our whole family goes here and today we had the chance to have Becca who saw my wife. She not only was very knowledgeable and kind, but she was sweet with our 3 year old as well and that's a huge plus! Dr. Cook is also very kind and knowledgeable. It's nice to have a doctor that doesn't seem rushed and really cares about his patients. Clean and innovative office and great staff!

Just had my first visit. My wife, who is a dental hygienist herself, chose this practice after researching options as we just moved to the area. She chose well. The whole experience was great. Easy parking, nice waiting area, very friendly team across check-in, assistant, DDS, and hygienist. All equipment and technology was updated and modern, etc. Glad we have a new dental office we'll call "home" for years to come.

Everybody that I encountered was super friendly. I got to my appointment early to fill out my paperwork, and only a couple of minutes after I completed that I was brought to an exam room. They listened intently and asked me questions about what was bothering me. They took an x-ray, and the dentist examined the x-ray and promptly gave me some options to consider. Before I left, I had a quote in hand. Very positive experience, and I would certainly recommend Northwest Dental to anyone.

Staff is always super friendly from the front office, to hygienists and dentists everyone is genuinely nice. Always very thorough but not overly aggressive in their cleaning and have great communication and follow up. Have recommended them to several friends.
