They do half decent work, make appointments for you don't tell you about it. They also don't like to talk on the phone they try to rush you as much as possible. Only had one staff member be nice to us. Unfortunately they are the only people that accept our insurance. Sandy was who I've dealt with and she's not very nice has zero phone customer service skills

My mom has been in so much pain for years, not being able to sleep, eat, or function properly because of her mouth pain. These people were supposed to relieve her pain and instead she was faced with a terrible experience. She was scheduled to get one of her teeth removed that has been bothering her for so long she waited on the wait list for months and she called today to confirm her appointment and was told that her appointment is canceled because the dentist decided that he didn't want to come in that day unbelievable that they were aware of this information and did not call my mother instead she happened to find out when she was calling to confirm her appointment lucky she called I guess. Terrible place

Let me start by saying both dentists and the nurses I met here were very kind and I was never in any discomfort. However,
After canceling two not three like their policy states for Medicaid users, I was sent a letter telling me to seek out a different dentist. The first cancellation, I had COVID and PROOF of having Covid. Did they want me to come in with a positive Covid test? The second cancellation I did, I made 23 and a half hours ahead of time and was then sent the letter because it wasn't 24 Hours notice. Note that I tried to call at 7am, btu they don't take voicemails! I called again at 8:30 am to cancel and my appointment was 8am the following day.
Seeing as medicaid doesn't cover much, I've paid out of pocket (large sums of money!) for different procedures here. One of which was a root canal, that they didn't put a crown on afterwards. Later, I found out by several others, this isn't normal and I should've had the crown put on the same day. I also had the money for crown in hand at the time, so why they didn't feel it was necessary is beyond me.
It was extremely difficult to find a dentist that would cover me in Kootenai county. Before going here just know they really have ZERO exemptions for cancellations.

Had an emergency (broken crown, not provided this office) and they fit me when no one else would. Dr. Rasmussen provided honest options and I didn't feel pressured into anything. In a separate appointment had a full cleaning and x-rays. Did receive some news about an implant causing gum swelling and bone deterioration (implant was done by a different dentist office). Again, had a good honest discussion with Dr. Rasmussen and he provide recommendations and a referral. I find the staff, admin (Sandee) and Dr. Rasmussen very professional, honest and cordial in all my dealings. Appointment schedule notification via text is convenient.

I am absolutely disappointed and astonished on how companies can treat people nowadays I have had an appointment for over a month and I called to confirm my appointment that's in a couple days and they tell me actually they have to cancel it again I have been in so much pain calling them everyday to be on an emergency list that no one ever called me for. I'm actually going to put in a complaint to the manager district whatever I need to do this is horrible horrible horrible treatment to a person

The dentist and assistant were great! But the front desk receptionist Sandy is awfully disrespectful. As someone who is suppose to be the face of this business Iβve never experienced someone this rude. Bad attitude and everything was in a βmatter of factβ tone. I sincerely hope they fix this issue.

I have been going here for many years and I have never once had a bad experience. I have found everyone there to be polite and friendly and I am always impressed by Ed. His professionalism and knowledge is amazing and he is so caring. I have always enjoyed Sandy, the recptionest too. I don't know how she can cover so many bases as well as she does. I feel she is very good at what she does and how she treats everyone that walks through the door.

"Doc" Lowery, Cindy, Lisa are TOP NOTCH in each of their respective and related professions. I consider myself Blessed when I made my first appointment for dental work several years ago @ Ed Lowery's clinic. Doc Lowery never fails to amaze me with his personal interest & attention to detail in his work. His Assistant, Lisa knows her stuff, & Cindy, The operations officer is precise and accommodating to get fit patients with the best date & time for one's appointment. I know I'm getting the BEST when I need an issue taking care of. They're Stellar.

New technology with 3-D scanning along with CNC process increased my visit and "chair time" to at least double the time form previous visits prior to the new process. 35 minutes in the past turned into 1.5+ hours. Other than that the fillings are great and the dentist and assistants were great as usual.

The staff are a group of excellent professionals. Dr. Rasmussen is an wonderful dentist and has a wonderful chairside manner. He's been a dentist for over 30 years, is well skilled, very knowledgeably and honest with his opinions and suggestions.
