Absolutely no grace for those in a financial hardship. I have never been treated so poorly for missing an appointment. They didn’t send any paperwork or appointment reminders. Going through the holidays and they send NOTHING.

I’m not impressed with this office at all. The dental assistant had my 11 year old in tears 10 minutes into the appt. She is not people friendly at all, especially with children. What an absolute waste of mine and my child’s time. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
