Aspen Dental

Absolutely the MOST ridiculous place I've EVER been to. My boyfriend was having severe tooth pain, losing sleep, couldn't eat etc. We scheduled an appointment with Aspen dental assuming they were really trying their hardest to get us in and get it resolved. Since we were already there I decided to schedule for my 6 months cleaning. They got me in failry quick poked my gums and told me I had gingivitis. (my teeth are in great shape.) Once I was done they sat me up and took me back to the billing desk. WITH INSURANCE, they wanted to charge me ONE THOUSAND DOLLARS for a cleaning. After I had finished discussing with the lady, I went to check on my boyfriend who had been sitting there for a good 40 minutes untouched. We were finally told they weren't willing to do a thing to his mouth until we gave them 1,400$, which I'm sure not a lot of people can afford to pull out of the blue. They then sent us on our way and basically said "sorry no money not our problem."
We went to eagle rock the next day and they got my boyfriend in immediately and made sure he didn't leave until the pain was relieved REGARDLESS as to how much we had. My cleaning was 100% covered because of my dental insurance.

Aspen dental is a scam and I highly highly don't recommend. If I could give less than 1 star I would.

I wanted to use my dental benefit before the end of the year, so when I called Aspen dental I didn’t think I could get in. I was very happy to get an appointment two days later! While I was there they were able to get me into see the hygienist after my check up! Everyone was so helpful and kind. Thank you to the great team at Aspen dental.

It's a very welcoming environment. I'm scared of going to dentists, but all of the employees were super friendly and understanding. If you have ever had a bad experience at a dentist that made you afraid to go back, I suggest going to Aspen Dental, since they are so kind and also very informative with your health, and willing to answer any questions or clarifications if you have them.

Aspen Dental provided one of the best experiences I’ve had in a dentist office! Not having insurance I was nervous about cost, but they have so many financing options. I’ve also had an issue with one particular tooth for years that no dentist has ever been able to find a solution for—in a matter of minutes the dentist was able to answer what was causing the pain and gave a solution to the issue. I felt seen and heard with the entire staff!

Amazing facility! Beautiful, calming exams rooms….Every single staff member I met was so welcoming and accommodating. It is refreshing to encounter such informative and caring health professionals…From the receptionist area to billing to medical staff. I basically walked in with a dental emergency and they not only got me right away, but took care of everything I needed that same day. Thank you, thank you!

Definitely don't deserve any stars. Took my husband in to have a tooth pulled because he was in extreme pain.They didn't pull the tooth. Told him he needed a ton of work done and then talked him into getting a care credit card. He ended up going somewhere else the next day and they took care of him the same day. In the meantime we just got a notice from Care Credit that he had $1100 transaction. Aspen charged the card for services they didn't even perform. I'm not sure how this is even legal? Charging someone's credit without consent and without performing services is fraud.

A++++ here they really take care of you and are very experienced and quick to meet your needs and to get dental care done as quickly and pain free as possible. I give them my highest rating.

I definitely recommend this dentist for anyone on a budget. They will work with you on payment plans and got us in as soon as they could. The staff were awesome, super polite and respectful.

Well a couple years ago I had money to purchase upper and lower dentures so I did. After 7 trips back and forth I settled for what I had bought. I just started wearing them 6 months ago and a front tooth fell out so I glued it back in. It lasted a month then 2 front teeth fell out. I decided to take the upper denture into them for repair. As I did not start wearing them until 6 months ago the warranty had expired. Anyway it cost $244 for the repair. I ask if they would warranty these two teeth if they fall out again. Needless to say the answer was No. well within 2 weeks the same tooth fell out again. Very disappointed in Aspen dental

I had a great experience with Aspen Dental. The office staff were helpful and friendly. Also my dentist was wonderful. She went over everything with me before the procedure and even asked if I had any questions. Also the price was reasonable for someone without insurance. I would definitely recommend Aspen Dental to anyone looking to get dental work done.
