Comfort Care Dental - Idaho Falls

Love the staff at Comfort Care! They always treat you with so much care & make sure you're comfortable. They also explain everything so well regarding my dental care. I highly recommend them & would never go anywhere else.

My wife has been having a lot of pain with a tooth of hers so she made an appointment with Comfort Care and got right in that day. They took x rays and the Dr. did a thorough exam on her tooth. The staff was very nice and made her feel really comfortable. They really took the time to find the root of the problem and did their best to ease her of her pain.

Office staff was very friendly, really enjoyed the atmosphere when I first went in. I needed some fillings at my first appt. was with Dr. Hansen and he was very friendly and kind with me. I mentioned that I get very anxious and the hygienist was kind enough to walk me through the process of what they were doing. During my second appt. I had Dr. Cannon who didn’t have good bedside manner. I was incredibly anxious during my time with him because he was not very kind and seemed to be in a huge hurry. This was on a day that they work later and I could tell he wanted to get out of there. I got so anxious that I started getting emotional because I felt so uncomfortable and he just seemed annoyed that I needed to take a second to breathe. Never asked if I was feeling okay or anything. Definitely would not suggest going to him if you have any sort of anxiety being at the dentist. My last complaint is it seems like they are too busy! The three times I was there, everything was done so quick and the doctor would leave my room for 10-15 minutes to go and help someone else or just leave. I had to get back to work and they took so long, I was an hour later than expected.

They are great to work with. Hygienists are great as well. Really enjoy my biannual appointment because my teeth are white and clean afterwards

Comfort Care Dental in Idaho Falls is the dentist everyone is looking for. Extremely high and knowledge, great customer service, knowledgeable and gentle doctors, and extremely nice and clean facility. Costs are right in line with most other dentists. In fact, I have had better prices on the certain procedures here then I was quoted for with other dentists. They always make my visit comfortable and so that I do not feel discomfort or pain whatsoever. The education you receive and tips on mouth care is second to none. Make sure you schedule an appointment here. You will be glad you did.

I had a great experience at Comfort Care Dental. The staff were extremely nice and helpful. They made sure all of my questions were answered. Also took great care of my teeth. Would highly recommend!!

I love this dentist. I don't typically like going, between the lights, fingers in your mouth and that feeling of getting stabbed in the gums it is never exciting..This dentist is different. They take a genuine interest in your comfort (hence the name), making sure that you feel as at home as possible. I never want to go to another dentist, if you're on the fence: THIS IS THE RIGHT SPOT

This place is the most amazing and comforting place to get your teeth worked on! They are really careful and good at what they do. I didn’t even feel a bit of pain. I highly recommend Comfort Care Dental for your next dental visit!

I was able to book an appointment within a few days of calling. Dr Hansen and Lindsey were fantastic!!! I’m receiving the treatment and care that I’m needing in a timely manor! Very pleased with everything!
