The front desk called because I was running late, turns out it was in my phone for the wrong time. They were gracious and understanding and allowed me to still come for my appointment. The dental hygienist was very sweet. She always asks about what’s going on in my life and is genuine. She remembers facts about who I am and my family from previous visits. She does a fantastic job cleaning my teeth efficiently and without causing unnecessary pain. The staff, not knowing that my Father-in law passed away this week, were personable, kind and genuine, When Dr. Bristlin came into the room she made conversation about Disneyland, a place that is very special to my family, and sparked a wonderful memory of visiting there with my in-laws. This visit just made my day, after a week of grief, people who have no idea this happened in my family, still provided a way to bring back joyful memories and remind me that genuine people are still around. As always: a quick and easy appointment with amazing staff!
