Eagle Smiles Dentistry and Orthodontics

From the Staff at the front desk to the dentist and the hygienist has to be the best dental experience I have ever encountered. I have had 3 root canals, 2 here and one at a different dentist office and I can tell you that I will NEVER let anyone else do any kind of work on my teeth but here. Everyone is so amazing and both times have got me in the same day and fixed the problem within 2 hours of being there. It couldn’t have been any better.

The first time I talked to Dr. Thompson, my husband had just been in. "Dr. Scott" called me after hours to say hello and see what my dental needs were. When I first went in, I received excellent and professional treatment. When I had a procedure done, it was totally painless. My entire family is going to be using this dentist, and they have family plans with discounts. I would recommend this dentist to anyone!

I’ve been a patient of Dr Thompson for 5 years. He is an incredible Dentist. Kind, friendly patient and listens. He does beautiful work as well!! He builds a report with you and always makes you feel comfortable from a check up to major dental work. The staff is professional and friendly! They are all helpful in finding ways to accommodate appointments & working with busy schedules. The office is immaculate! I highly recommend him & his office to anyone looking for a dentist. You won’t find anyone better here in the Boise area!!

The whole staff is friendly and helpful. I've been coming here for years and the staff has gone out of their way to make sure I'm comfortable and understand what needs to be done. I drive out of my way for the excellent service I get. I was here so late one night I didn't have time to get to the fruit stand and the dentist got me a watermelon from the store, where else does that happen? They work with you on cost and are very reasonable. So if you need those pearly whites cleaned or repaired this is the place to be.

Wonderful staff, clean facility, appoint was efficient and timely. I only waited about 2 min before I was taken back for my appointment and the entire process was smooth and pleasant. Dr. Peterson was friendly, professional, engaged and answered all of my questions in great detail. Overall wonderful experience.

I have been a loyal patient of Dr. Scott Thompson at Eagle Smiles Dentistry for the last 6 years or so. His office offers a broad range of services from general dentistry to orthodontics, dental surgery, among others. He and his staff are very welcoming, informative, professional, and courteous. Their office is clean and they use state-of-the-art equipment. Every time I have needed a filling, crown, or bridge they have thoroughly explained all of my options, and related expenses. They offer a variety of financing options, if necessary, and have never pressured me or attempted to “Up Sell” me. I enthusiastically recommend their practice to any person or family that is looking for top notch Dental Services.

I seriously love this place! I have always put off dental needs because my fear of the dentist, but Eagle Smiles changed my view! I love the staff, and Dr. Thompson! I have had cleanings, crowns and a root canal there; I will never go anywhere else! My parents even fly into town when they have dental needs because of the atmosphere, staff and Dr. Thompson! They are great there!!

We moved to the area a couple of years ago and had previously relied on dentist family members whom we trusted to take care of our dental care. Eagle Smiles was a great find for us. They are professional, courteous, honest, and do a great job.

As a side note, Dr. Thompson's voice reminds me a lot of Will Arnett, and he even has some facial similarities to Mr. Arnett as well. I have yet to ask him to say "I'm Batman" because that somewhat childish (I have been tempted though). So, as an added bonus if you want to feel like you have LEGO Batman working on your mouth Dr. Thompson is your man, and he is very personable.
