New patient experience today:
- I set up an appointment for 12:45pm and ask them to transfer my records from prior dentist
- I receive a text message the morning of the appointment to remind me of the appointment at 12:45pm
- I show up for the appointment (around 12:40pm) and their door is locked. I wait around, call, knock, text, etc. Finally, I leave around 12:55pm.
- They call me once I'm back home and ask where I am and if I can come back there for my "1pm appointment" (very clearly trying to not own up to the planning error). In that conversation, I learn that they also didn't bother to transfer my records either - which would have made today's appointment much less effective and meaningful.
I'm not re-scheduling with them... will look for someone else nearby

Dr Peterson and his associates are so friendly and caring. I’ve never had a dentist call after having work done to see how I was feeling! He’s been my dentist for 9 years already and now my husband sees him, too.
