My husband and I have been going to see Dr. Hansen for 2 years and have had a great experience each time! He has always has time to talk about any concerns I might have. I never feel rushed out of the exam chair since he doesn't double book patients. It's a calm office with friendly faces and low key music. He's a kind man with a great warmth and sincerity for his patients.
Prior to seeing Dr. Hansen, I had a dentist tell me that I had two cavities without taking x-rays or cleaning my teeth. I felt really uneasy about the diagnosis (from different dentist) and chose not to get the "cavities" repaired. When I went to Dr. Hansen a year later, he had an in-dept intake appointment to get to know me and understand my health history. When he examined my teeth, he said he didn't agree with my prior diagnosis and my teeth were cavity free. I put so much value in his HONESTY and professionalism. I love the staff, especially Rebecca my normal dental hygienists and the front desk, who are easy to work with and attentive. **While I have been lucky enough to not need it, his office has an in-house machine to make crowns, so, if needed, you can get a crown made the same day! (Pretty convenient)
OTHER PERKS OF BEING A PATIENT: He has a great referral rewards system (I've actually never had to pay an insurance co-pay because the credits from the referral system I've accrued have covered them each time), free teeth whitening program if you're cavity free each visit, massage dental chairs, free paraffin wax hand treatments while they work on your teeth, good Godiva chocolate when you leave, and even hot cocoa and herbal tea in the waiting room.
I have been very pleased with Dr. Hansen and his kind and accommodating staff. I would recommend anyone to try him out. (Tell them you read my review online!)

I recently started going to Clay Hansen. I had my teeth cleaned by Heather and loved how thorough she was. The office has great parking and is easy to find. It is a very clean and calm atmosphere. Getting ready to get a crown. Would definitely recommend Clay Hansen to anyone.

First off, dental assistants are great. My problem is the cost and dentist. I have insurance (delta dental) and have had one cavity ever. Normally I walk out the door paying $0. With this place (in network) I walked out the door paying $160 of the $310 they charged overall. The insurance covered all the charges, but not to 100% as usual. This place overcharges for every 'service'. Needless to say I will see another dentist for now on.
